So today I started my 1st M Drol cycle, I have ran two cycles previously, Epi, and C-50. Mostly doing this log for a progress tracker. I've been semi-dirty bulking for the past 6 months, put on about 20 pounds, alot of which is unwanted weight as well. My goal is to put on as much lean muscle, and maybe drop a little body fat as well. I pushed my cycle a little late in the year, but after I finish PCT, I begin to cut as much as possible before summer. My diet is in check, it is as follows;

I have been pre-loading for the past week with Cycle Support, thanks AI! Taking my Whey, Multi, Fish Oils.

Will be dosing 10/20/20/20-30 depending on sides. I may bump up to 20 around day 4-5, we will see. Will be using Cycle Support in evening. Dosing will be spread 8-10 hours apart. Will start with Taurine when I bump up to 20 mg, prolly around 3-4 g, depending.

PCT as follows;

Nolva 30/20/20/10 mg, PCS 2 Caps A.M./2 Caps P.M. Dhea 200/200/100/100 mg, Fenugreek 3/4/5/6 caps, 1 scoop cycle support.

Workout as follows,

Monday-Chest/Tri's
Tuesday-Abs/Cardio/Calves
Wednesday-Off
Thursday-Back/Bi's
Friday-Shoulders/Traps
Saturday-Cadio/Calves/Forearms
Sunday-Off
Work the calves twice a week. They are extreamly small do to two re-constructive surgerys and casts to my knees. Holding back on the wheel, until the calves catch up.

Today was my first dose, obvously nothing to note at this point.

so your macros are good i would say. maybe add a little more carbs in cuz, well, it's superdrol lol.

anyway, you might find you'll want to bump to 30mg a little earlier than expected. maybe.

umm...you need a stronger PCT IMO.

i would've went with clomid. dude, clomid works so much better in getting your natty test levels to spring back. i would run clomid and nolva together durring PCT.

Ya I was thinking of that, but I have never ran Clomid, and I have a real professional job, and am nervous about catching some nasty sides at work, getting all emotional and sh!t. I will definatly roll with the punches, if I'm feel up to par, I may bump it up to 30 early, we will have to see though.
 
What a F'ing workout this morning. Be it all physcological or what who cares, I take what I can get. Had focus and pump like never before! My bi's and forearms felt like they were going to explode! I have seen reports of it kicking in as early as day 2, but who knows! Everything else is a ok so far..
 
Yah I had crazy pumps (the good ones) on day 2. I started with 20 mg flat out though and I'm only on day three now
 
WWWWWWWooooooooooooooWWWWWWW!!!! Daddy just found out what back pumps were! Kinda came out of no where, I was like WTF! Then I remembered...... Taruine took care of them though.
 
Everything is peachy so far. About to go for another workout.. day 3 on 20mg , workout #2.

I expect the cycle to go fine. I have noticed that complaints from weightlifters are often exaggerated and as long as I don't go into this cycle paranoid, I won't think a normal itch is full fledged gyno.

I also notice you really need to use your own common sense. There are so many hole in brotelligence. For example, on second thought, this is long winded and I want to go work out. I'm subbed on this thread and if I have any insight from my cycle, I'll be sure to share it with you
 
i did not get emotional at 100mg of clomid
infact, i noticed no side effects besides the liquid buring my tounge and throat and i noticed little bumps on my tounge toward the end and they went away.

but if you're worried, run 50mg for the whole PCT.
most people don't experience any sides at 50mg except for their libido coming back.
 
4th Day

Not a whole lot going on yet. Did shoulders yesterday, really good pumps, and focus, before I knew it it was time to leave. I have upped all my workouts from 8 to 10 reps. So far with legs and shoulders, I have been able to push the same weight at 10 reps. Tomorrow I will step up to 20 mg, kinda stoked to see what that brings. Pretty good overall since of well being, kinda feel pumped all day. No sides to note at this point, minor back pumps, but the deminish very quickly. When I start I was bouncing from 197.5 to 200.00 on the nose. 200.00 is the most I have ever weighted. I weighted in this morning after cardio and sauna at 200.5. So we will see.
 
You getting any lethargy? That's my primary complaint right now. If I don't eat a bucket of carbs, I feel like sleeping

Not too bad yet. The hardest thing for me is getting all my meals in on the weekend. I don't have the appitite that I do during the week. Did have so pretty good back pumps this morning. Today will be the 1st day at 20mg. Other than that how are things going for you? Getting anything positive yet? Today is an off day for me, pretty stoked for tomorrow. Hit the bench, see how that goes.

Dunno what that's all about. Hopefully positive. I am expecting days 7-21 being the big kahuna's but we'll see.

Are you taking dhea? I thought I saw a post from someone saying that it makes him sleepy after he takes it and now I can't find that post. I definitely find that about an hour after my 150mg dose I feel like taking a big nap. Eventually this does go away within a couple hours.

No I'm not, I am saving that for my PCT. I have ran it in my previous cycles, and didn't notice any difference. Try cutting to 50mg ED, it couldn't hurt, but might take care of your sleepyness, it did give me headaches at a high dose.
 
what's the advantage of DHEA on cycle? I swear i saw a post that it should HELP with energy. Guess not, haha. I also heard it keeps libido up, yah?
 
Day 5

WWWOOOWWW!!!! Day two at 20mg, hit chest this morning! Was able to rep everything that I was pushing at 8, now to 10. Explosive workout, seemed every time I was about to fail, I got this crazy second burst of strength!! Love it. No sides to note at this point, I'm staying crazy pumped. Weight this morning 204!! Sweet
 
Day 7

Today was calves, ab's, and cardio. Usually I run a mile pre-workout on Wednesdays, but today I could only make it 1/2 mile. Back pumps and shin pumps so f'ing bad I about fell over! Other than that still having explosive workouts, great pumps, and look much larger, for sure. I'm still able to keep my meal intake at the same level. Must have small strength gains, cuz im able to rep everything that use to be 8 now at 10. Still hovering around 204-205.
 
If you are hovering in weight then eat more. I gained 6-7 pounds within the first week. Also curious is that I haven't experienced back pumps.. Maybe slight ones when I was deadlifting the other day. We'll see. Rest day today and tomorrow is squats. The lethargy I had is gone now too. Body seemed to have adapted. How the rest of things with you other than work outs?

Sorry, should have phrased that better. I'm up 5-6 pounds since I started. I just have not put anymore in the past 2-3 days. Started around 198'ish now 204. Other than that things are going great. Bp was a little high yesterday, but after I took my nightly cycle support in went back to normal range. My boys have went slightly into hibernation...... Lebido is average, hasn't really crashed yet. Sleep is good. No acne yet... So so far so good. Felt a little lethargic this morning after cardio, but better now. The back and shin pumps were brutal! Felt like there was a baseball in my lower back that going to explode! Hoping to see more gains in the next week. If I start gaining in the next week, I may up it to 30mg next wednesday, and shorten my cycle to 3 weeks instead of 4, "if" my gains come early, so we will see.

Your right. I'm going to play it out. If I jump up early it will only be if I'm going cut my cycle to 3 weeks. I'm going to listen to my body and watch my gains.
 
Dosage is dosage but from what I hear you should run it for the full 4 weeks if you can. It seems that the longer you take a ps the easier it is to keep the gains which is why 5-6 week cycles are so desirable.

I'm not going to bump it to 30mg until the 4th week but I do wanna bump it just to check it out at that level.

O man I crashed hard this afternoon. I have a headache and am really tired. Couldn't eat as much as I have been. I'm hoping this is a one day thing. The last couple nights have been ~7 hours or less of sleep so I think that's the prob.

How's you lethargy, anything yet? I don't know why mine has hit so early...
 
i felt like death on superdrol
it's weird though. gains didn't kick in for me until the end of the 3rd week and they were weak.....until the forth week. and then it was a 2lbs gain every 2 days for 2 weeks (yes i ran it for 5 weeks i'm a dumbass). if you add that up, that's 14lbs.....well it was actually 13 but...

how the heck are you guys getting the gains to kick in so quick?
is it the increase in calories/carbs or do you really think superdrol kicks in that quick?
i know it def. did not for me.
 
Well I started eating big from day 1. This is also my first cycle so I imagine I'm getting my money's worth and I didn't bother with 10mg, went right to 20. Other than that, I dunno. It's definitely not fat, maybe some water weight. My stomach sticks out a bit more but it is solid feeling. Not sure it is as dry as people say...
 
Day 8

I was wondering where the early gains came from as well.. I started eating big about a week before I started my cycle, so I dunno. Still haven't moved a pound since though, soon I hope.

Boyders your probably right, I should just keep it a 4 weeks, especially for the reason I still feel great! I did feel like sh!t for an hour or so after cardio and ab's yesterday, but thats it! Loads of energy, getting great sleep! At this point it couldn't be better! Today is an off day for me, got to sleep in a little more this morning, that was nice. I usually hit the gym around 5:30 a.m., so it's kinda nice on the off days!

Edit, I do feel like I'm holding a little water.
 
oh man... i've had this headache now thats lasted overnight. I think it is a lack of water. Watch out for day 10!

That sucks man. What is your water intake? And how much DHEA are you taking? I had bad headaches on my last cycle when I was dosing DHEA to high, just a thought...
 
Dropped the creatine on cycle. 150mg of dhea as per tripdog's and others' posts about it. I think it was the water because I downed a bucket load all morning and promptly felt better. Better keep a careful eye on that.. Maybe BP too because seriously when I woke up, I got forearm pumps just walking around my apartment lol. This sh1t is intense!

Ya trip knows his banannas! 150 you should be ok. What was your water intake? I make sure to get at least my 2 gallons in every day. I also monitor my bp twice a day. It goes up a bit, but drops after my CS.

i gained about 4-6lbs of water on superdrol.
 
I haven't been recording my water intake. Ummm, probably about 6 litres a day which is roughly 1.5 gallons to you guys. I can't really monitor my bp unless I go to a pharmacy. I'm making a trip once or twice a week. I'm due for one when I pick up my protein from the post office in the pharmacy tonight. But it will be post workout, and also post CS dose so we'll see....

Are you noticing any pumps during the day.. like i swear my forearms swell off and on

No, having some in my back off and on, but nothing I can't live with.
 
Day 9

Not alot to report today. Libido is about the same. Bp was a tad high last night, but not too outta control. Worked back and bi's this morning, great pumps, very solid afterward, could hardly get my coat on, my arm were so swole. Appitite is about the same, not too big, but I'm still able to get all my meals in. Water intake is still 2 gallons. I'm running Tuarine about 3.5-4 grams to subside my back pumps. Thats about all today...... Weight 205. I cant wait for the day everyone talks about where you start to gain around a pound a day! My goal, hopefully, we will see, is to hit 215..
 
Day 10

Aaaaahhhhh........ Got to sleep in this morning, that was much needed! Woke up and hit the gym. Today was my catch up day, forearms, calves, ab's, and cardio. Had a pretty killer workout though! Nothing much else to note at this point. No sides which is great. Other than I want to constantly be in the gym. I have noticed that my recovery time is killer!!! I kinda want to hit the gym more often, but I don't want to over do it and hinder my gains. Any input on this... How much can you change up your routine while running gear?? Routine as follows;

Monday-Chest/Tri's
Tuesday-Shoulders/Traps
Wednesday-Cardio/Ab's/Calves

I'm at the gym at 5:30 before work. I now find myself REALLY wanting to go after work. Is twice a week per muscle group too much while "on"?? Input appriciated!

Coming along. I don't think I've eaten enough the last couple days because I actually dropped a pound or two. God damn it's even hard keeping gains while ON! I had some intense back pumps the other day so I started the taurine full time.

I agree with you on the recovery time. I'll work out after work, eat sleep then wake up with no doms even though I killed it during my workout. I had a couple small stretch marks on my right bicep and I think one got bigger...

I almost had a shot of booze last night but I fought the urge. I see mixed opinions on the toxicity of mdrols and other orals but I don't want to take my chances. Plus, I socially drank before my cycle so I may not have started at 100%. No sides in regards to appetite loss or anything else that would indicate a problem with the liver.

And when it comes down to it, still no sides. If it stays like this then I'll kick it up to 30 mg on week 4. I still think that people tend to be giant pussies and greatly exaggerate sides but we'll see I guess.

As for as the boys, no shrinkage per say but they are definitely a lot lighter... they don't hang near as low. Looking forward to the supps in pct which will bring them back to the healthy 3 pounds :-P Libido is fine. I still get it on with the lady and myself. I have been taking the dhea from day 1 so I can't confirm whether it is this or if it isn't doing squat and I just still have libido. I am still glad I'm taking it thought because I'm counting on at least some of it aromatizing to avoid wiping out all estrogen in my system.

To be honest, the strength gains have been ok but nothing that's blowing my mind. How are yours mathis?
 
Sh!t, all is well. We might be some of the select few who don't get the nasty side!.... I think alot of peoples sides come form paranoia though. I'm in the same boat as you, no sides except back pumps, not a problem handling them. The sack isn't hanging, but that was expected. Pretty stoked about 9 pounds already! I'm going to catch sh!t for this, but oh well.... I look like i have lost some BF as well... Ya, ya I know, you cant have already gained 9 pounds, and lost fat.... Just stating what it appears to look like.... I'm going to hit 30mg in the 4th week for sure!
 
I reckon gaining muscle and losing fat isn't something easily achievable... unless you are sucking back a designer steroid.. so say you are holding 3-5 pounds of water weight, 4-6 pounds muscle and a couple points off the bf is definitely not unheard of on almost 2 weeks of mdrol
 
been hearing lot's about pumps in the thread and they feel f-in amazing but i had the misconception that they actually meant you were getting stronger, until i came across this the other day:

For those of you who are just starting out, a "pump" is the feeling that you get as blood becomes trapped inside the muscle tissue when you
train with weights. The muscles will swell up and leave your body feeling bigger, tighter, stronger and more powerful.

While a pump does feel fantastic, it has very little, if anything to do with properly stimulating your muscles to grow.

A pump is simply the result of increased bloodflow to the muscle tissue and is certainly not indicative of a successful workout. A successful
workout should only be gauged by the concept of progression. If you were able to lift more weight or perform more reps than you did in the
previous week, then you did your job.
 
I'm on day18 of Designer Supplements Superdrol and I feel pretty good. No expolsive gains other than size. I was hoping strength would be better. I guess I really won't know until I bench tomorrow. That's how I gauge. Strength has gone up but not ridiculous amounts by any means. I have put on alot of weight and I know some is water. I started cycle at 190lbs and I'm weighing in at 207lbs now. That's 17lbs in less than 3 weeks. I had cut down to 190 after a Havoc cycle and I was primed for this weight gain. I've heard from a few that they only attained size and only saw minor strength gains. I think tomorrow will be a sure sign for my progress. I could have cared less about gaining a bunch if weight. I just wanted strength. I may bridge my super into Trenadrol to finish up and add to strength gains.
Good luck. The only sides to report would be lethargy after bumping to 30mg. it is controllable.
 
hmmm sounds good. What are you dosing now and for how long? I keep wanting to kick it to 30mg and see if I respond better or worse but I really think I should wait until at least close to week 4.

immaboss, good pumps feel good but I do know they don't do much but get in the way. But we're also talking about superdrol pumps which feel like total ass. I don't know what causes the mdrol pumps. does anyone else?
