I am 6'3 214. I recently turned 17 and am taking creatine 189 and some basic whey protein. I just fiinished a bottle of anabolic xfactor and didnt really see results. I lift 5 days a week and am preparing for nxt football season aswell as trying to loose the gut i have and toning up. I am on a decent diet but find it hard to really eat 5 to 6 meals a day with school. Im looking for a supplement thats gona give me some strength and mass, and a supplement that is gona help me get rid of this gut i have. I have looked into mass fx but dad won't let me mess with test. i have also looked into lipo 6 but I am not sure how effective it is. Someone help me out please.

If your looking to tone and build lean muscle (which I am going to say is an ultra thing tight rope without anabolics) I would highly recommend looking into Anabolic Pump by USP Labs. However I will note that to harness its potential effects your diet (namely your carb sources) have to be in check. AP coupled with a solid creatine formula and you will see some nice gains in the area that I believe you are looking.

Also when you said you took anabolic xfactor, are you talking about Molecular Nutrition's X-Factor?

unless ur diet is perfect you're not going to be able to do both. i'd suggest maybe anabolic pump or p-slin to take with ur carb meals. mass fx or any test booster would be completely pointless at your age. and if ur training for football losing the weight shouldn't be the problem with all the cardio and weight training. make sure u get a ton of protein and take bcaa's throughout the day and maybe an anti cortisol would help with some of the stomach fat.

I suggest you read the reviews on Anabolic pump and make your own mind up about this supplement and its partner USPlabs P-Slin.It hasnt worked for everyone -there are some comments about both on AM just use the search facility.\As regards Test boosters at 17 you wont need them , your hormones should be running riot and your test will be through the roof if not now but in a year or twos time. Take advantage of that, and eat right, sleep well, and train sensibly.
Being told to get a ton of protein tells you nothing other than its a lot What you need to know is how much you should consume for your weight.Use this calculator at the following link Invalid Link Removed
BCAA s are found in all protein whether from food or a protein shake, they are available to buy separately. This link may help explain their use and give you an idea how much you should take Invalid Link Removed

As for an anti cortisol -well cortisol peaks first thing in a morning and after exercise supplements to control cortisol are Supplements To Combate Cortisol:

Vitamin C - A study done in the 90's on weight lifters showed that individuals taking just an extra gram on Vitamin C a day improved their cortisol to testosterone ratio by over 20%. Those numbers can translate to enhanced training recovery and increased muscle hypertrophy. Pop the C. I take at least 1 grams a day,.

L-Glutamine - There's a direct link in over trained athletes between excess cortisol and depletion of L-Glutamine in the body. Glutamine helps in recovery, it's that simple. 10-15 grams in a post workout shake is a good dose.

Chromium - Stabilizes blood sugar levels which in turn helps reduce cortisol spikes, and helps with weight loss. It's also relatively inexpensive. It also has been shown to fight cholesterol. There's no reason why someone shouldn't be taking it.

There are, along with B Vitamins, Ginger and Cayenne, number of supplements that help reduce stress on the body, which helps control cortisol. Do a search, learn about the weapons in your arsenal, get rest, train on a schedule

yea i said a ton of protein... just assumed he knew the 1.5-2 grams per lb of body weight

Ok so im going to get some bcaa's aswell as an anit-cortisol product. What is a good anti-cortisol product that would be recomended?
