Should I be worried??

Yeah, so yesterday I gave myself an injection (glute) and while doing it the damn syringe slipped out of my hand... This caused it to move around in me and come back out about half way.... This obviously hurt like hell but I just pushed it back in a finished up, but when I finished up I did notice some of the fluid leaking back out, no biggie or so I thought.... Now today it's still sore BUT now I've got a rather large lump and it itches like hell.... Now as the title suggests, should I be worried about this??

thanks for any help!!

You probably have the lump and the pain from the moving around. When I shoot in my left glute (with my left hand), the lump is bigger and swells more and hurts more than when I shoot on the right with my good hand. I just cant inject back there with my left hand with irritating the hell out it. I tried a thigh injection yesterday....seems better because I am a lot steadier. I am new to this....but I have already seen that the less movement there is the better off everything is. Just picture a needle moving around in your muscle.....no wonder that sh*t hurts.

Anyway....just my 2 cents but like I said this is still all new to me......

I've given thousands of shots and u sound fine to me.

yeah, i'm hoping it isn't much, basically from what i've read it seems that if it's an abscess then it'll start feeling sick and it'll start hurting....

Agreed! Man I have doen plenty of nasty shots where my arm is swollen where i injected the delt and it gets my whole arm red, in fact, it looks like I have a sunburn on one arm, but I remain calm unless I see RED STREAKS!!! Even if it gets real sore and red whcih happens to me when I use Test 500 which has a high concentration to begin with and not to mention a lot more BB and BA it gets painful and red as **** and now mix it with Deca and other compounds which helps take some of the pain factor out. WHAT YOU DO NEED TO WORRY ABOUT, IS WHEN AND IF YOU START SEEING RED STREAKS RUNNING DOWN THE AREA THAT YOU INJECTED. tHIS DEFINTELY MEANS THAT U HAVE AN INFECTION AND YOU NEED TO GET ON ANTIBIOTICS ASAP!
