5 Week Recomp w/ Furazadrol/Havoc/ DCP/ Sesamin

So i already made this thread then deleted it for some reason, im just gonna outline it again in less depth.
Basic stats are im 6'2, 21, 195 btwn 10and 13% bf looking to drop a few % while mantaining size. I basically spent a year and a half trying to lose the fat i gained through years of college boozing and im pretty close to my abs, but yet so far. Ive always been able to get big quick but i somehow lose muscle way quicker than fat, despite all efforts. Thats where this cycle comes in. I have used DCP pretty frequently with decent results, and furaz and havoc seemed like a solid stack for fat loss.

Been training for about 8 years, last couple very seriously, 2 other cycles completed w/ xtreme tren (one low dose, one high). Eat pretty clean, looking to put away about 3200 on lift days and closer to 2800 on non lift days. Cycle carbs more or less between 100 and 350, more carbs on heavier lift days, protein 300g+, fats cycled in accordance with the carbs for the most part. Trying to drink excessive amounts of water, which is tough since i piss pretty frequently already. Train 5 days a week on this cycle, plus 2 cardio usually HIIT (will add more if necessary) - one day completely off per week.

5 Week Cycle-
Havoc - W1=20mg, W2=30, W3=40, W4=40, W5=40
Furazadrol - W1=200, W2=250, W3=250, W4=300, W5= 300 (tapered down last 2 days)
Will add DCP (6-10 caps/day and sesamin starting w2 or3 through PCT and Napalm when BF gets low enough

Cycle Support-(all continued throughout PCT)
- Poseidon (occasionally)
- Fish Oil - 5 caps X 2daily
- Cycle Support by AI- 2 scoop daily
- Cissus- 2caps X 2 daily
- ZMA or Melatonin/GABA- every night (looking for a stronger sleep aid after last night)
- Multi 1-2 x daily
- Gut Health (when necessary)
- Taurine - 10-15 g a day
- Purple wrath (occasionally during cardio)
- Milk Thistle / Liv52

PCT-
- Nolva (40/30/20/10)
- Lean Xtreme or Lean FX (unsure which is superior)
- Activate Xtreme
- OTC pcts if necessary (AI's PCS, I3C, Tribulus, 6oxo)
- IGF2
- Green Magnitude + Jacked

Will try to update this log whenever any changes are noticed/ with any other news regarding the cycle. Will post a beginning pic within the next couple days. The first dose was taken mon jan 26

I took the dose pretty late at night but since i didnt sleep until after 2 i didnt think it to be a problem. i could not have been more wrong. Im assuming its due to the havoc, but i only took a 10mg dose to start. Regardless, i had terrible insomnia that kept me up until sometime around 8 or 9 am when i finally got a couple hours of uninterrupted sleep. Needless to say im going to take my doses way earlier, il try to take the last of havoc before 6 or 7 pm. Took second dose this morning, next will be around 6 preworkout.

placebo effect. its too soon for any problems to arise. make ur not to take caps later than 6-7pm and sleep shouldnt be a problem
 
really? i dunno thats weird i felt it immediately as soon as i took the first pill. my heart rate shot up and wouldnt relax enough to fall asleep. ive had some problems with mild insomnia in the past though, so i guess its possible that the havoc just exacerbated it. Im gonna keep the last dose early to be safe, 6pm sounds ideal , i might have to take it every 3-4 hours to do so though as i wake up/ sleep late.
 
probably mind games bro. i have both PHs on hand was thinking about leaving the Furazadrol out - I've heard that since these too are both dry it can be hard on your joints. what supp(s) are ou taking to prevent or cope with the dry joints? good luck

right now im just taking fish oils - 10caps per day, poseidon twice a day, and supercissus 2 caps twice a day. If i notice any problems il up the fish oil and cissus and maybe purchase some glucosamine. if it persists maybe il just lower the dosage of the furaz. only on day 2 so far though so il see how it goes. how were u planning to dose yours if u stacked them?

hmm that sounds pretty smart. the furaz is a bit overpriced, if i wasnt as concerned with dropping bf i wouldve just gone for one bottle too. i was actually alot more comfortable with otc pcts, i already have them lined up but numerous people told me to go with a serm. my bodys been pretty good so far, ive used otc for my other cycles and was fine. im a bit iffy about the added liver strain from the nolva. maybe il just sit on it too and see if i need it.
 
So today was day 3. Took 20mg Havoc and 200 Furaz. Lifted Chest/Tris today and Back/Bis yesterday. Its probably all mental but yesterday was one of the best lifts ive had in a while. Today i was a bit tired but still not bad. Im gonna need tomorrows off day.

Im beginning to notice the dryness already. I was having some shoulder and elbow tension today that was very reminiscent of my last cycle. While it may seem too early, im pretty sure what to attribute this too. Ive always been quick to notice effects, even when i was younger i was pretty sensitive to drugs. I think im gonna up my supercissus intake. My tub of bulk CS arrived today from NP, im gonna try taking 2000mg twice daily and see if it helps.

Aside from this, theres little else to report as of yet. I had trouble sleeping again last night as well, woke up about 8 times to urinate. Im gonna cut water intake and supps past 10pm and buy a stronger sleep aid (maybe powerfull or if anyone has one to reccommend). Last night i took zma and reduction pm but it was not enough.

Im gonna take note of some of my lifts, the weights x reps just to record progress throughout the cycle. My strength tends to increase pretty early on and then taper off, i actually have little trouble mantaining it even post cycle for the most part.
Notables include
-Barbell Rows- 215 X 7
-1 Arm DB Rows- 130 X 7
-Deadlifts- 315 X 7
- Incline DB Press - 120 X 7
- Inc Bench - 225 X 7

Looking forward to my upcoming meal, first time im cooking real food in a while. In the process of preparing Wh Grain pasta + Ground Turkey. Ive been getting sick of the bread + Chicken/Tuna + Broccoli i usually eat while at school.

another night of terrible sleep. im not even sure whether to attribute this to the havoc or the furazadrol. has anyone else had similar problems with either?
 
so yesterday was my leg workout. i upped my weight in squats a little but aside from that not much else to report. i dropped my squat weight a little while back due to knee trouble and have been afraid to increase it. im fairly tall and i have a tendency to overexert my knees. i got back to 275 today (still light i know), working back up to 315 for ass to ground squats. i try to make up for it on the leg press, but even that im afriad to push past 12 plates anymore. maybe this cycle will help with that. i missed my last weeks leg day so i took it easy for the rest of my lifts. plus i had to get through about 30 mins of hiit afterwards. needless to say walking is a bit of a task right now as my legs are shot.
i think i can feel the havoc kicking in a little though, my workouts dont really lose focus or energy. im upping the pace with less rest time and still not getting as tired. on the down side though im a bit more lethargic throughout the day. This may be attributed to the fact that im still not sleeping. i picked up some melatonin and gaba yesterday, and even though i took them on 2 separate occasions i still could not sleep until about 3 hours after i went to bed. its a bit miserable. i realized today that its usually about 6 hours after my last dose that i do sleep, and this would seem to coincide pretty well as it was supposed to take havoc 6 hours to leave ur blood i think. so from now on no more doses past 6pm just to be safe. ive noticed that i get dehydrated very fast, much quicker than the xtreme tren cycles and i start to feel elbow pangs when this happens. in fact im geting thirsty just typing this haha.

im gonna go for arms in about an hour or so, i usually get good lifts on saturday supersetting bis and tris. a slight problem would be that i got a knife stuck in my index finger 2 days ago and i still have trouble bending it. hopefully i can work around it for today.

btw i realized i may have posted this thread in the wrong forum, if anyone can help me move it to the cycles one itd be appreciated. im not sure how
 
Get yourself some Melatonin to help you sleep. NP stock it for a few dollars a bottle.
i grabbed some yesterday, thanks for the tip. im not sure on the dosage id need but going by the one on the bottle it still wasnt enough to knock me out. im gonna research a little with what people usually use
 
have you had any liver pain? i was thinking of running this exact cycle in a few months.
nope nothing so far. hoping it wont start up, im taking cycle support and liv52 just to be safe. i dont think furaz is harsh on the liver so its just the havoc

I am getting ready to fire up a havoc cycle. let me know if you get a solution to the insomnia issue. I'd like to have something ready to deal with that in the event it happens. I have had slight insomnia issues with previous supps.

so yesterday i just took the final dose around 6 or 7, and slept around 2. that seems to have done it, first good nights sleep in a week. Its just the havoc too, as i took the furaz around 1 and still passed out quick. supposedly this doesnt happen to everyone, but i too am a bit prone to insomnia from certain supps. I think if u just stop taking it about 6 hours before u sleep youl be fine. i know its better to spread out the dose throughout the day, but i prefer my sleep.

if ur really worried id try some powerfull. i used it before for problems like this, and that stuff knocks u out quick. if u dont take the preworkout dose and just do 2-3 before bed the bottle should last for a while.
 
Week 1 Summary

a couple updates from this weeks run, will up furazadrol dose starting tomorrow to 250mg/day, havoc will remain at 30mg/day. Trying to decide whether to start DCP tomorrow or hold off another week along w/ the sesamin.
So far-

Strength- Not really any increases to note as of yet, upped the weights some on day 2s back workout, but thats got to be strictly mental, i assume this will kick in weeks 2 and 3

Libido- Greatly increased, im used to compounds lowering libido, and was expecting that. The Havoc so far has done the exact opposite. Im pretty much horny all day long and arousal is very easy. (this isnt as good for me as my girl hasnt come over in a little while and i find myself looking at porn like i was 16 again). Ive seen logs where libido raised and then crashed suddenly, so il see what changes may occurr next week. Balls are a little atrophied, but in better shape than i was expecting. Everything else in full working order =)

Appetite- A bit weird for lack of a better word. Im usually hungry all day, but i find myself unable to eat as much in the morning hours or around my workouts, then getting insanely hungry at night. Again this could just be mental as i tend to take most of my doses during the day, but my last lift was a little affected as i was unable to make myself eat preworkout

Energy- In the gym its pretty consistent, i recover quick and dont **** around. Experiencing some lethargy throughout the day, but nothing extreme, im a fairly lazy person to begin with. I find myself wanting to lift throughout the day. Today was supposed to be an off/cardio day but on the drive back to school i just kept flexing my muscles and wanting to head to the gym. Its a bit amusing since my legs are so sore from friday that im still limping.

General Health- Now that i started sleeping again last night (had to mess with the doses/ timing to get it right) things are looking up. Only noticeable worry so far is joint health. THey seem very dry and even though i am now taking supercissus and Glucosamine/Chondritin and fishoil supplements im getting pretty bad elbow pain in the gym and my joints seem to be clicking a little more than usual. Im gonna try to drink more water and take them twice a day instead of one. I might need to stop trying to go as heavy (not as big a deal since im not looking to bulk)


I dont think ive added this yet so my general breakdown for training is as follows
Sunday- Off/ Cardio/ Abs Circuit occasionally
Monday- Shoulders/Traps/Calves
Tuesday- Back/Bis
Wed- Chest/ Tris/Abs
Thurs- Off
Fri- Quads/Hams/ Abs
Sat- Bis/Tris Superset + Forearms and HIIT 30 min
 
I took one dose of havoc and had a some major sleeping issues too. decided to hold off for a few days and start over with my cycle. I need to line up my PCT NOW. any suggestions?
 
are u saying a pct for that one dose? that hardly seems necessary
or do u mean a pct for when u restart the cycle. i have an otc pct lined up (AI pcs, 6oxo, i3c, leanxtreme), but nolva as well if its needed. ive been pretty good in the past with only otc so im gonna give it a shot first.

im reluctant to reccommend that route to u just because i dont know ur experience with it, it could be different for each person. alot of people reccommend using nolva in any case so if u could i would probably just grab some just in case either way. im gonna dose 40/30/20/10 i think if i use it
 
so my legs are still wrecked and yesterdays cardio went pretty poorly, but im noticing some changes.

the aggression factor has definitely kicked in. i was getting pumped all day in preparation for my lift, and my temper is a bit quicker. i dropped some things while cooking and a weight on my foot in the gym and had to restrain myself from yelling and cursing at the top of my voice. Its pretty entertaining though, i like this feeling. I was driving for a bit listening to house music and as the music built up i started flexing and it seemed like my agression and pump was building up along with the music. maybe im just crazy but i feel more in touch with my muscles a bit.

i was a little disappointed with my aggression in the gym however, as i was expecting an insane lift. it wasnt bad by any means but i didnt really up an weights or reps. my energy persisted though, and after a very long shoulder/traps workout i still managed to get through calves as if i was fresh. it must have done something to my pumps though that i was unaware of. i was sitting on the calf press machine when a friend of mine came in, he knew what i had been working without my having to say anything. i usually get crazy back and bis pumps but my shoulders must have been huge. im not used to crazy pumps without caffeine and no2, its a good feeling to have without being overstimulated.

ive been meaning to post a sample routine, ive been told im doing too much but it workls for me and i respond to it so im not gonna change it too much. il update more in a couple days as well as some pics, im making a little progress, my abs are slightly more visible (but i did just finish a couple days of cardio- i notice things quick)
 
yesterday was back/bis again. i was really rushed for time and yet still managed to get a great lift. i worked back up to my highest weight on st bb curls and dropped the weight on everything else but kept better form than usual. not a bad lift at all.

Other people seem to be noticing the changes, i got comments on how i look alot bigger, but at the same time i feel leaner and my weight is unchanged. I guess thats what qualifies a successful recomp haha.
hopefully it keeps up. libido is still high, as is aggression. The joint pain is getting almost unbearable. Im not sure how to resolve this, im already taking 3 supps for it. On 1arm db rows yesterday after every set i would fall over grabbing my elbow, it felt as if it was breaking. Ive had this happen on cycle before but not quite as bad. I may need to refrain from doing certain lifts, or at least from going heavy on them if this keeps up.
im looking a little better but im still not getting as close to my abs as i would like, i might need to bump up cardio to 3or4 days a week. im gonna start going in the mornings if i have time (i just hate losing my size from it). In any case, i still have DCP and Sesamine to add in, and il start decreasing carbs next week along with them. I had taken some pics but theyre a bit deceptive as i worked obliques and it tends to push my wasit way out. il take some better ones soon to post for the weekly progress

i actually have to force myself to eat during the day, but i lift at night. so all my cravings come in after like 9pm.
im not actually at a calorie deficit though, im eating at maintenance pretty much. if i feel like im not burning enough in a week or so i might drop it by a couple hundred

whats your goal for this cycle? if its to grow then I wouldn't cut out carbs, if its to gain LBM...then I wouldnt cut back on the cals or carbs too much, just throw in some LITE cardio....you should ask one of the guys in my log (T-Lake, GMG, Russian, T-God, etc...) they would know more than me

im essentially just trying to drop a couple % bodyfat without sacrificing my size/ muscle mass. when i go for an all out cut this is usually the first to go so im trying to take it slow. im gonna slowly drop carbs and cals and increase cardio if it doesnt look like im getting there quick enough, hopefully the havic should preserve lbm. from what ive read it looks like if i just eat at maintenence and lift hard i should theoretically be able to drop it without doing a while lot else... im not counting on it though, so i have some things to try before the cycles done. i think im attempting the same thing as u more or less but im trying not to drop my cals too low

haha ok defininately, although from the looks of it youre the only one interested so far. in any case its easier for me to see what it did for me and stay motivated if im logging it, so i guess it doesnt matter
 
a little late i know but subbed into this one for the duration!! looking to run a cycle of MMV2 with Lean Xtreme or Furaz in a couple of weeks to drop a few lbs before spring break... definitely looking forward to your results with the furaz

start taking cissus for your joints
 
im already taking supercissus, 4 caps a day, 10 fish oil a day, and 2-3 glucosamine/chondritin.
not sure whats left to take
 
hahah i know man its kinda crazy, i feel like a 90 year old man taking all this ****. i might just decrease my weights a little on extension movements, my primarily goal in this is fat loss anyways, but its always nice to go up in weights

i usually start lifting between 5.30 and 7. as for the doses i dont always wake up at the same times, but the first is always first thing in the morning and the last is around 8or9. then il just try to dose the 2nd sometime in between that, usually fairly close to my lift time. The furaz i take 2 when i wake up, 2 preworkout, and one before sleep. the last dose messes with my sleep sometimes though, thinking of dropping it and adding more to the others.
im currently dosing havoc at 30mg (3 pills) a day and the furazadrol at 250 mg (5 pills ) a day. in a few days im gonna bump up the furaz to 300, debating whetehr to move the havoc to 40 or keep it at 30 for another week. i started taking dcp today because its my low carb day. im gonna keep it going for the next month or two to help shed some bf, still researching the sesamin, but if i decide itl help il start that soon too.
as far as the sides go, the most noticeable is the joint pain that ive been mentioning. a little lethargy and some insomnia but this is the main bother. ive been told it would be dry on joints but i wasnt prepared for this. its becoming pretty difficult to complete my normal routines, my elbows and sometimes shoulders get pretty tight and painful. aside from that not a whole lot to report. libido shot way up the first week, right now its normal, a bit on the high side.
the fish oil hasnt caused much gas for me, a couple burps 10 mins after i take them but it goes away quick. i took some close to my workout a couple days ago and i thought my sweating started to smell like it, but it could have just been the scent left on my hands. im not sure about that, i may just be paranoid

Yeah u should make sure u got ur glucosine in there - which u do - and if it keeps up there are some other products at the rx stores that old ppl take. i think fish oils (omega3) is solely for cardiovascular health (i.e. heart, cholesterol, etc)not joint pains and u don't need to take too much of that b/c ur probably getting a good amt in ur diet if ur eating alot of meats. Just make sure u aren't poppin too much - i'm kinda new to this so I'm gonna take it easy on my cycle - multi-vitamin, protein, cs, epi, & furaz & finish up my creatine cycle as I start. have u got any blood work done? i've been thinking about getting it pre-cycle and post cycle but i may just do post cycle as i was just at the dr for bloodwork a month ago and all was well.

i didnt have any bloodwork done before my cycle, although it would have been a good idea. im gonna make sure i do it afterwards

How much are you taking? more is not always better....
 
hey, i think u proabably should be taking alot less - i have super omega3 & that only calls for 2 pills/day - u read the instuctions on that bottle?
 
yeah i would say you might want to reduce that dosage. That much is pretty much a waste. How well are you hydrating?
 
it says to take 3x a day, but ive read of people taking higher doses for joint problems. im gonna assume this is a myth then?
im trying to drink enough water (probably over a gallon, but as much as i can- the havoc makes me pretty thirsty anyways) but i tend to stop a few hours before i go to bed otherwise i wake up every hour to urinate. i figured in this situation my sleep was more important
 
i hate the ol piss problem. how many cals, fat, carbs, protein are u putting down in a day - ur trying to shed a few % on BF? You basically doing maintenance? i thought i was pretty clean this past month but shooting for 1700 cals/day & 25%carbs/day was tough today.
 
1700? that seems really low for ur stats wow.
im basically eating at maintenence on lift days (about 3200) and closer to 2800 on cardio and off days. I try to cycle my carbs (though i dont have a set schedule for it, just vary them according to lift days/ energy levels) i usually take in about 2 or 300 g on lift days, depending on the muscle group and around 100 on non-lift days. protein is pretty much always 300g+, and fats make up the rest. i usually just keep a mental number for the total cals and carbs and the protein and fat kinda just fall in after
