its a great source for slow burning protein and fills you up when dieting. A little high in sodium, but that's okay. At first it was hard eating non-fat, but after awhile you get used to it. The recipe above looks really good, gonna have to try it.
i love the fat free cc, CANT BEAT IT.... i just wish Sams had it in bulk... i go to walmart and look like a fool buying 6 small cc containers lol hahha all Sams has is 4%....
