USP rep --- Prime and Powerfull on REST days

I am currently running my first cycle of Prime and Powerfull (I am on day 3).

I am looking for the "proper" use of Prime and Powerfull on rest days. I have seen a few different suggestions.

IE: "As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule in the morning 30 minutes prior to food intake, 1 capsule 6 hours later 30 minutes before eating, and 1 capsule before bed." However, on the back of the bottle it says, take 1 hour after meal.

I guess try and dose it well away from carbs.

Prime on rest days = ZERO usage?

Powerfull on rest days = 1-2 caps after AM meal and then 2-3 caps at bedtime?

My workouts are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Also, one other question. I have some of the bulk 1-c and super sap bulk powder from NP. Once my Powerfull bottle runs out, can I just use the bulk powder in the same dosing regime? The reason I ask is that I thought the bulk supersap was a lil more powerfull and the bulk 1-c a little less, so a dosage adjustment might be needed.

There are a few different dosing schedules for PowerFULL. Personally, I do 2 caps 20 minutes prior to training and 2 caps prior to bed. Be sure to keep the doses at least 1 hour away from Carbohydrate consumption as Carbohydrate consumption blunts the GH release.

Personally, I use PRIME at least 6/1. I shoot for 7/0. However, our dosing instrutions call for 5/2. Take two days off per week, preferably off days.

With PowerFULL we REQUIRE a 5/2 dosing schedule. You must take two days off per week to retain sensitivity. I also use these as my off days.

You could use the same dosing, sure. Most people are doing the 1-Carboxy pre-bed only with SuperSAP dosing spead throughout the day.

My only problem is that i wake up at around 7am, take my ap, eat breakfast at around 7:15-7:20, take my prime , finish eating at aroung 7:35-7:40, take my powerfull, get in the car and begin training at 8:15am. So what can I do to keep my carbs from impeding GH realease by powerfull? Should I take powerfull until 8:40am although I am already training or what should I do?

I would wait as long as possible. The GH spike will peak at ~32 minutes. If you take PowerFULL even 15 minutes prior to your training session, you will peak 15 minutes into your training. This is actually more effective for some.

Keep in mind, many use PowerFULL during training even with the inclusion of a carbohydrate containing intra-workout drink. The GH levels will be blunted but many of the other effects will retain; Most prominently observed would be the dramatic 'mind-muscle connection.'
