What supplement am I missing??:yo:

I am currently taking:

Monster Milk ( morning, Pre-work out, Post work out, before bed)
No-Xplode (Pre-work out)
BCAA's ( morning, night)
Fish Oil ( morning, night)

I feel I need something, maybe creatine, to take in the monring and/o night.
Monster Milk reccomends you take it before/after work out and at night.

Any suggestion/question is welcome.

Thanks,

KW

First a good muti like animal pak or orange triad, 2nd I would get a intra workout drink like intra-aid or xtend, 3rd a better post workout drink like Torrent or dark matter. The last thing is if you take no xplode and a postwork out you dont need a other creatine source. I never been a big fan of monster milk I will stick with muscle milk if I was you.

monster milk has kre-alkalyn which is a type of creatine. so there isnt really any need for any additional creatine. although there are better choices out there as far as weight gainers and MRP's. your paying 34 bucks for 12 servings. you can either check out real gains, which is still expensive for my taste but you get 9 more servings for about the same price. or better yet make your own custom weight gainer. 10 lb scivation whey, waxy maize, creatine mono, ground up oatmeal, banana, peanut butter, and milk! then if you want a pre workout meal, just use whey, waxi, oatmeal, water, and mono. any questions just ask!

4 shakes a day? You're missing good ole fashion food, man.

Solid Multi: NOW ADAM

Xtend (this was the first supplement I ever bought, and had great results.) You could keep the BCAAs you have and take them during the day and add in Xtend pre/intra/post workout. Once you try the watermelon Xtend though you will be addicted.

Creatine: If you are interested in a solid creatine formula I would recommend looking into Ragnarok or MAN Clout. Both have extremely respectable formulas, and from experience with both I will attest to their quality. If your tight on cash or just want a basic staple, I would recommend bulk monohydrate creatine, its tried and true and the price is right. If you go this route the NO Xplode won't be necessary.

On top of this I would suggest trying to turn one of those monster shake meals into a solid meal. Its a decent formula, but whole foods > shakes if you have the chance (pre and post your fine ~ although recently I have been experimenting with whole foods post and like the results).

agreed, it's not a bad idea to pick these supplements up and utilize them, but it shouldnt replace food. there just meant to help supplement your diet with what you CANT get from food. so eat food whenever you possibly can and utilize the shakes at the most before/after workouts, and before bed. i generally dont like having much more than 2 shakes a day and i usually only have 1. so spend some of your money on lean meats, veggies, fruits, and complex carbs and eat clean and you'll see amazing results.

Na' man, you got me all wrong.. I eat every 2 hours.

Thanks for the feedback although I think we took a wrong turn alittle back as this post was for supplements and not to talk about my diet.

I eat above and beyond healthy. My shakes do not and will never take place of my meals. If you want I could post my daily intake on whole foods..

he's not replacing meals with shakes, he just outlined what hes taking to see if the basics are covered, taking 4 shakes a day when consumed pre/post w/o is not much, i take at least that much daily
