alright guys done my first injection off sus yesterday no probs but a couple off hours l8r the pain kicked in how long does it last?i can sit and stuff but cant run or anything lol 2 sore

as the weeks go on you wont feel it anymore. also when you pin try heating the oil then then inject the oil very slowly. dont try to rush the shot. the first few shot may hurt/be warm/swollen because your body thinks its foreign but then it gets better after a while. where are you injecting?
