I gained 10 lbs on m1t at 10mg a day. The only pain I had was lower back pain halfway in then it went away. I still have the weight I gained from it 2 1/2 weeks in to my pct.
From what I have read Methly 1-D is crap and shouldnt even be in a best prohormone poll.. maybe instead a worste supplement ever poll
For starters M1T is a steroid and not a pro-hormone, so it shouldnt even be in the list. And second M1T is far better than anything in that list. How can people say epi is better than m1t ???

Only if you are a retard and don't know how to dose it, is highly toxic on the liver but the gains are incredible.
I wasn't saying that M1T will kill you. I know plenty of people who have used it effectively... it's just the simplest way of me saying, the reason people don't like to use M1T is hat it is extremely hepatoxic, to the point where if you don't get blood tests to make sure you are ok, then there is a chance that it could severly damage one's endocrine system and in theory it could kill you.
M1T is not worth the gains to sides ratio in my opinion. You would be much better off taking something else, legal or illegal.
BTW, have you ever ran M1T? If you haven't you have no place to talk about it in such a manner, it is not something that should EVER be recommended as a compound, even with "dosage warnings"... it should be one of those USE AT YOUR OWN STUPIDITY compounds. And if you have ran M1T, the fact that you are 5'11" and 165 lbs is sad.

Methyl-1-Test is supposedly the strongest one, but it does have the harshest sides. I'd go with Anadrol or Superdrol. =]
Anadrol has some pretty harsh sides in of itself.
yeah phera is good for bulking(also good for murdering cholesterol levels)2 great DS/PH that i actualy consider real juice are phera-plex which are similar to Dbol in its effect on mass gains and water bloat and mood elevation. and the Halo clones. the halo clones provide modest gains in both mass and strength and dont give a single side effect out side of slightly raised BP and maybe a back pump or two on a heavy deadlift day.

superdrol is probably one of the most polarizing PH/DSs in that it has its die hard supporters and die hard haters. Some feel the sides arent worth the gains while some feel little sides and love being able to put 15 lbs on in 3 weeks haha.
Then again, I don't think I've ever seen any1 that didn't like havoc/epi

You know bro, I probably write a proposed hdrol/epistane cycle for people once a week. I think this is the last time I am EVER going to do this.
Remember, there is a little "search" window in the upper corner of your browser. Typing in the questions you have there and doing a bit of reading can work wonders for finding the answers that you seek. Nobody has a problem helping you out, but asking people to do the research for you is bordering on laziness, and makes me wonder whether you are really ready for steroid use or not. But I would rather you do it right the first time, for your own health's sake.
Here is a free one, you do the research next time.
What not to use on cycle:
Pre-workout powders/creatine/caffeine of any type. You don't want your blood pressure going haywire, and caffeine will do that to you. It is what cut my first cycle short. Save the creatine/arginine/beta alanine for when you are in PCT to help keep your gains.
No alcohol starting 2 weeks prior, all the way through PCT. Period.
Pre-cycle Supports: start 2 weeks prior, load milk thistle 1gm a day, spread into 2 doses. Load hawthorne berries 1 gm a day, spread into 2 doses.
On-cycle Supports: It is cheapest to get a all in one support supplement for your organ support like Cycle Support or Cycle Assist.
Fish Oil: 2-10 grams a day
Joint Support: Super Cissus, Osteo-Sport, etc...
Cycle:
Hdrol - 50/50/75/75/100. You don't have to dose to 100 if you don't feel you need it. Hdrol kicks in AFTER week 2, so you should run it 5-6 weeks.
PCT:
IMO you need a serm. Tamoxifine:20/20/10/10 or Toremifine: 60/60/30/30
Natty Test booster: Diesel Test Hardcore, T-911, Post cycle support, etc.
Aromitase Inhibitor: starting week 3 of your PCT, 6oxo 300mg, each week drop the dose 100mg. So starting week 3 of your PCT, 300/200/100 .
Cortisol Control: Lean FX, Lean Xtreme, 11oxo, etc. Starting week 3 of PCT.
Any creatine, PWO powder, arginine etc that you want to use.
Follow this guideline and you should be dandy. I made it as extensive as possible, some people might say this is a little much for Hdrol, but this is the "better safe than sorry" method.
Most important supplement: GOOD Protein Carbs and Fats. Eat clean, eat big.

Can also use clomid for PCT
I don't like recommending clomid as a PCT to beginners. I think it has some emotional side effects that they don't need to deal with their first time around.
I agree with the Lean Xtreme statement though. if dosed too high 11oxo would be counter productive.
