Glad to have you there. I agree with NG as there is a wealth of information there. You can even direct questions at the pros and pick their brains.

i couldn't agree more... i don't post a whole lot on there but man i have learned so much from the FORVM its unreal. i thought i had good knowledge about all this stuff, but once i joined and began reading it seemed like i knew nothing...everybody there is real and honest.. can't get any better than the FORVM...

Thanks brother... The vibe, I think, is unlike anything out there. Support and community is the name of the game and no question is too simple or stupid. Ya get treated with respect, whether you're an IFBB pro or just picked up your first set of weights...
