frist i would like to say that the blue rasz flavor is the shizz.
i got mi sample pack yesterday and used it today!!!!!!
ive never drank intra workout type protien.
RATINGS

pump 10/10 this isant a pump product but it gave me a nice fat pump from the nutrian deliverie that gose on when u have all that blood flowing

10/10 damn i had so much i just pumpd set after set out

Taste 20/10!!!!! i could drink gallons of this stuff!!!

mixablility 10/10 no clumps no nothing just instantly mixs into a 2% milk like consistincy

Beta tingles 8/10 i dont know how much beta-alanine is in it but i didnt feel much untill the end then i was tingling like a mofo

overall 10/10 solid product and i will buy hella more, and ima solid beliver in intra worout supps now!!

I just tried my sample as well. I enjoyed it, however I will say that I didnt get a pump. My only issue was I felt a little bloated from it.

I am pleased however to have some torrent on the way 6lbs baby, and will start drinking that at the tail end of the work out.

Did you notice better recovery on it? I have noticed I get more energy to really finish my sets as opposed to a "pump".

Also I noticed if I didn't drink it so fast I didn't get the bloated feeling. However, it's tough not to drink it fast :o

Let us know how you like the Torrent. It's SOLID.

actually BCon, I was one of the original testers from the forvm for green apple. I loved it then and cant wait to give it a run again
 
the label suggest using 20oz of water for a serving of intra aid. Would it still be as effective if I mix it with half gallon of water?

It will be effective, but probably watered down and less of great taste.

However, I have seen others add scoops of IA to their gallon jugs and just drink that during workouts.

Just sip on it from start to finish... IV style, a slow stream of nutrients into the bloodstream.

Once I finish my IA, it is Torrent time.

What they said LOL! G is right, that is how you should use the product for best results. Also, what B Con said is true. I fight just chugging the whole thing down on my first hit.

I typically go with a compromise. I make like 3 or 4 chugs out of it and space them out. This I think is because I am a heavy fluid drinker anyway and when I'm working out and get thirsty I want to chug!
