Ab workout for a fat kid

On my non lifting days i do cardio and i do some ab workouts but they dont seem like there doing anything and im not sure on the good ones. If anybody can give me a hand that would be great.
 
Are you on a bulking diet? if yes then you wont see much results training your abs.

One day people will learn that cardio and diet are responsible for cutting.

I see it all the time in the gym, people training "only" abs 4- 5 times a week, but hardly do any cardio, and there diet sucks, and yet they still wonder why the hell they aint got no results. i find it funny.

yeah i think it is all about cardio and diet. you are gonna have to lose the fat on the outside before focusing on making the inside stick out ya know.
 
Lots of cardio HIIT training will help, and do your ab workouts and do more but their not whats gunna help you cut weight to have them be visible so first find out if your bulking to gain weight and size or cutting to stay lean, lean out from a bulk cycle, or cutting to lose weight man, and once you hit between that 7-9% then you shall see abs soo good luck its a hard journey to reach without dedication to it.
 
Drop your bf. You could do 10,000 crunches a day and you still wouldn't see your abs if your BF was high. It's all in the diet!
