Cycle Advice (Methyl E/Propadrol)

Hi
I have decided to go for a Methyl E/ Propodrol stack to gain some lean muscle. I hope to gain between 5-10 pounds and if I drop 1-2% bodyfat that would be an awesome bonus.

The dosing will be

Day-1-2 Methyl E 10mg Propadrol 60mg
Day-3-4 Methyl E 20mg Propadrol 60mg
Day-5-30 Methyl E 30mg Propadrol 60mg

If im feeling good and everything is going well then i may up the Methyl E to 40mg/day at around day 20-24.

Support supps will be
AI Cycle support
Taurine
Fish oil
Mutivit+mineral

PCT will be
6-oxo
Tribulus Terrestris


This will be my first cycle so any advice/opinions on the cycle will be very much appreciated.

You should have a SERM on hand for PCT. Toremifene (tapered down), Tamoxifene (Nolva) 20/20/10/10 mg per day, or Clomid 50/50/25/25. Pick em' up at any research site. (look around they are easy to find). It's a safety issue I wouldn't leave home without one during a methyl cycle. Cheers and good luck, angel77

Thanks alot for the advice. I thought i might need a serm. The problem is im finding it hard to find one in the UK but i will keep looking. Is everything else ok with the cycle? Are the support supps ok?

support supps look fine. I'd make sure and take in roughly 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight daily while on cycle and during PCT to help maintain and maximize gains. You need a good 6 meals a day and make sure to keep calories high!

BTW totally off subject but I see your from the UK? All my fav music comes from there man. Verve, Charlatans, Spiritualized, Swervedriver, Cinematics, Mew, sh%t, you name it. I'd love to visit your country someday. Cheers from Detroit bro, angel77

Yeah man we have some pretty good music. I look all the underground bands here. Im in a band as well hopefully I will be as big as some of those soon :lol:. Yeah I have spent quite a bit of time in America as this year actually as my aunt lives in LA and my gf's family are from Detroit and San Fransisco.

thanks alot. I have only been able to find a reliable source for Clomid as a serm but am a bit sceptical about taking it because of alot of people saying it has bad sides. Do you have any knowledge of this?

Also would it be ok to use an otc pct and jsut have the Clomid there just in case i needed it?
