See, here's the difference between me and you... I never say anything on here I wouldn't say straight to the person's face. I'm 100% sure you would never say that to me on your most confident day. But I get it, tough kid... your lack of intelligence or wit brings you to that kind of a cop-out.

And no... that doesn't mean Keystone Light, drummer boy.:nono:
:lol::lol::lol:
So you think that I would be afraid to say that to you? You are from Cali. By association, you are a homosexual. That would mean that you have sex with men and vote for Democrats.
That's not good.

Attention Bama people in this thread - stop. Really. Gone on long enough.
Well, if there was the slightest chance of Florida taking OU too lightly... this guy Franks just f#cked that up!

i hope a bomb drops thursday night
what are the results so far with the bowls? Pac 10 still leading?
I will say that I'm tired of hearing that USC is no good and couldn't beat the top SEC teams or win in the BCS championship because they have a weak conference.
Also, USC doesn't have to turn prospective players away and direct them to other schools. I find it hard that SEC teams really do that.
SEC doesn't do that. Kids grow up and all their lives wanted to play at Tennessee or Alabama or Auburn or Georgia or Florida, etc, etc. That's the great parity factor in the SEC.
What top HS athlete on the west coast dreams of playing at Washington or Washington State?? Every top recruit wants USC. No parity = big problem. While most all the SEC schools get their fair share of great recruits.
Just look at all the different SEC conference Champs over last 15 years. Now check out the PAC 10 champs. Who wants to play in that conference unless it's with USC???
I was just wondering the standings. Not a competition in my mind since it's not the championship game.
I will say that I'm tired of hearing that USC is no good and couldn't beat the top SEC teams or win in the BCS championship because they have a weak conference. Yes the PAC 10 is a weaker conference than others right now I admit, but we all know that USC would still hold their own which ever conference they played in. Also, USC doesn't have to turn prospective players away and direct them to other schools. I find it hard that SEC teams really do that. Some of the PAC 10 teams need to recruit better and may need to work on their coaching. That I can admit to as well.
Pretty good game to watch. As hardknock pointed out, OU actually played a little defense for a change.
Congrats, Gator fans! I can't help but be extremely jealous. Oh well, at least the Cotton Bowl and this game put an end to the Big 12 vs. SEC debate.
I thought i should point out as well, i'm going to be applying for my nurse practioner through the university of florida in the coming year!
With mustard!Yep.......Eat my azz right now Big 12!
With mustard!
The Gators were simply the dominant team this year.
Tebow will be returning for his senior season!:head:
If harvin and spikes decide to return for their senior seasons, they will have a well experienced and vastly talented team on both sides of the ball.
Tebow Passing: 448 of 681 (65.8%) | 6,390 yds (9.38 YPA) - 67 TDs - 11 Ints
Tebow Rushing: 475 rushes for 2,037 yds (4.3 YPC), 43 TDs
Stafford Passing: 564 of 987 (57.2%) | 7,731 yds (7.83 YPA) - 51 TDs - 33 Ints.
Stafford Rushing: 141 rushes for 213 yards (1.5 YPC), 6 TDs
Why is Tebow not considered a pro prospect, yet Stafford is a probable top 5er?
Those same damn Linebackers are hoping that their GM signs his ass, too.
Tebow will do just fine in the NFL, if not better.
Even if Spikes and Harvin don't return, team is still LOADED next year. Returning something like 17 starters or co-starters. Offense led by Tebow (Harvin replaced by burners Demps or Rainey).. Defense line & secondary will be BETTER!!
Can you see 3 titles in 4 years????
It's because they compare him to the mechanical "Protypical Nfl QB Standard" which is absolute bullshit. It's almost like the nfl refuses to utilize any paradigm thinking for the QB position. Tebow is like a bigger version of Michael Vick (minus the personal life issues as we all know.)
I get tired of hearing that "The nfl linebackers will tear him up if he plays like that in the nfl." Bullsh*t, it's nothing more than pure outside speculation at its best right there. I'll love it when tebow shoves it down their fukcing throats that they were all wrong!
Oh yeah......the tebow jump pass, works.....AGAIN!!!! :nutkick:
I know JMH hates seeing this current florida (UF) command of college football, but i love you all the same, buddy!
:bb3:
Tebow never takes a straight on hit, well not yet... Kinda like Emmitt Smith. Tebow ran over Landry, Lauranities, and most recently Nic Harris of OU.
He's good to go has an Hback QB, Goal line QB, and the 2nd backup.
It's really unassuming too, I'd see him around campus and he was exactly my size, he just really knows how to play football and stay healthy
You're absolutely right, they have tremendous talent on both sides of the ball regardless. It would just be even more deadly if the do in-fact return.
It's very much an attainable task at 3 titles in 4 years. The current gator team has battle tested big game experience to further drive their cause in 2009.
Let's do this again, brother! :head:

Where the F*ck you been brah?
I started a "been here longer than 4 years" thread in the general chat section. Ain't seen your azz in so long I forgot you.
Look I hate the Gators and Turban more than anyone, but I can and am objective most of the time. I think you'll admit that John.
Let's face it - how many NFL quality safety's that hit like a Bob Sanders/Troy Polomalu/Sean Taylor (RIP) does Tebow play against?
Maybe Sean Jones from LSU. I know we didn't have anyone this year, neither did FSU.
OU didn't. Bama - ehh, decent.
I'm saying this man, those guys on an NFL defense were THE best player on their D in college.
They deliver nothing but pain.
I wish Rogue Drone was still around. He played in the NFL for a long time as an LB. I'd reveal who he is but he asked me to keep it on the DL.
He and I talked quite a bit a few years ago. The one thing he continued to convey is the NFL is nothing but pain, whereas College was just fun.
Thus I'm saying look at how the running NFL QB's that take hits work out. Outside of a Steve Young (who didn't seek out hits like Tebow) - who has had a long productive career?
Really.
He'd do something as a QB in the NFL playing like that. It wouldn't last for long.
Imagine a whole game against the Ravens D. Come on, John. Be objective. Is it smart to go sticking your nose against Ray Lewis and those boys on every snap? (Or every "big" play as often happens for UF.)
It takes more than talent to win a title. Much less back to back.
Sometimes referees like to get in the way on the last play of the game for said back to back title....
I hate the Stafford logic. He sucks. He'll sleep with Kiper and be a top 5 pick. He had a ton of talent him at UGA and never threw for more than 2TDs until his final game (i think). Stafford will then get a pass because he'll end up on a shitty team like JaMarcus Russell did. Seriously, the UGA wideouts would face single coverage because of their running game and Stafford still couldn't do anything except throw an amazing pass nowhere near his receivers.
I don't know that Tebow is like Vick though, Tebow is probably a better version of Alex Smith (who was the 1st pick though). Tebow's speed and moves are more like Donovan McNabb (3-4 years ago) I think. Bradford is legit, I like Cantwell of Louisville, McCoy is good, Sanchez is really good. I think Tebow is a safe pick, I would rather have him as a backup/hback QB than draft a project or hit-or-miss like Nate Davis or Graham Harrell
Exactly man, heart plays as much a factor than anything. Give the gators credit J, they wanted it more, and they got it!
haha hello jmh80, you're all huge and ripped up these days
