Question regarding stack

:think:My preworkout drink consist of whey protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 25 grams of glycomaize. I drink it around 7pm, then i take stak 2 about 730pm, and take pump at 755pm. Would drinking my pre workout shake interfere with my stak2/pump stack?

It's not a huge concern seeing as how it is only a half cup but the Oats have a bad habit of absorbing your supplements and dragging them through your intestines with being digested. It's due to the type of fiber in the Oats. A half cup isn't a lot but I would still try to separate it a bit further. Maybe eat the Oats an hour or more if you can before you workout and remove them from your shake that you take 1/2 pre?

You can also move the Stak to intra workout or any time of day really but for peak results it is best pre-workout.

You can also over think it if you dig too deep. I would simply try to move the Oats a little further away from the supplement ingestion and you should be fine.

ok, sweet ill move the oats about 2 hours before workout, and continue to take my normal shake 1hr pre workout, stak 30 minutes pre workout , and 10 minute pump pre workout
 
It's all about trial and error. If you find it working keep it, if not change it up a tad.

Looking forward to hearing how things work for ya.
 
I sure will keep you guys updated towards the end of my stak cycle. How much water intake a day do you guys recomend?
