Resveratrol,, which is the right one ??

I think I read somewhere that there are two types of Resveratrol, one is good and one is bad. How does one tell what they are getting ???

I havnt heard of any "bad" resveratrol (not saying there isnt any). But look for a supp that contains 98% Trans-Resveratrol. You will not be dissatisfied. Some cheaper products only have about 50% so keep an eye out for that.

You probably refer to the two isomers of resveratrol, the cis-isomer (cis-resveratrol) and the trans-isomer (trans-resveratrol). Trans-resveratrol is said to be the more active isomer. Some excellent resveratrol-containing products include Invalid Link Removed, Invalid Link Removed, Invalid Link Removed, Invalid Link Removed, and so on.

trans-res is certainly the way to go, but as of now, i havent seen any companies selling non trans resveratrol, the % extracts and herb from which extracted I have seen vary though.

Invalid Link Removed

Absolutely! I actually intended to list Invalid Link Removed first, but was so pre-occupied with the others that it slipped my mind. Great product!

Oh! I thought it was more (over a 12 to 18-hour period)!

I just thought I had read somewhere the rate were higher. My recollection fails me! :frustrate:

I would love to try reverse but I cant find it in Europe and because of its value(greater than 25 euros) I got taxed real hard, damn.
if its there an ibe rep that can help me and tell me if and where I can buy it here I would appreciate...
