but buying empty caps and eyeballing it out its very annoying, but its neccessary in this case.

theres no pain, but they are itchy and puffy, and alright ill get on the nolva, should i just take the nolva until this problem is gone and then continue during pct, or just take all through my cycle and pct? thanks.

id take 20mg ed and continue to PCT. Maybe jump up to 40mg for a few days once PCT starts, to give it a slight boost from the normal 20mg on cycle.
 
i thought id give you guys a nice update on my cycle so far...

im almost 3 weeks in now, and im starting to blow up, i might run it 5 weeks if all goes well, libido is still through the roof, i cleaned up my diet a bit as it started to get a bit shaky. All my lifts are up and i have about 5 reps on my 1 rep maxes now. all is going well


oh and im up 10 lbs exactly. 180 today baby :D i started the nolva 2 days ago, hasnt kicked in yet though nipples are still puffy, and itchy at times.


pplex is great for the winter bulk :D
 
week 3 is pretty much where its at with pp in my experience. week 4 gains will start leveling out and sides will be more apparent. Thats usually why people stick with 4 weeks.
 
i really dont think im a good responder to this compound

im in week 3 and i honestly feel nothing. how could this be? im prett pissed... since i spent alot fo money on this cycle (nolva...)

what are you not responding to? the nolva? i don't believe it will show immediate results..keep us updated. I will be running my second pplex cycle in january.

na bro im not responding to the pplex... im pissed cuz i spent so much on the cycle... (seems like a lot of money for 4 weeks to me...)

and to anyone who wants to answer this: i have a question about nolva.


i have 40 mg caps, and i want to split it so i can have some for another cycle... could i take half of the powder out, put it in a VERY small amount of water and drink it?

thanks for any info.

wtf are you talking about...you just posted that you gained 10lbs in 3 week and your 1 rep max went up to 5 reps and you are starting to blow up??? what do you mean you are not responding?

i didnt mean non-respoinder i just meant im not getting what i expected, everyone made a big fuss about how its a great thing on week 3, and im in week 3 and feel next to nothing.


today i up[ped the dose to 45mg's ed.


but yeah i feel like everything happened in the first and second week and it wasnt much, and everythin i gained must have been water, cuz its week through and everyday that i cehck the scales im down another lb. maybe im just paranoid i dont know.


im also getting paranoid about the timing i take it..

i workout atr around 11, and i wake up around 9 oclock... a.m...


there isnt much time inbetween the times i pop the pills... does this matter?
 
You really shouldn't be losing weight whilst on cycle unless you have a diet and/or training error IMO.

And that 3 week kicking in thing....this is just in peoples opinion. There is no set week where you'll get the best gains. Everybodies different mate. 10lbs is good anyway.
 
Im starting to think p-plex maybe varies in strength among batches...ive seen too many threads about p-plex not being as big as expected
 
you gotta get the AX pheraplex, that is some strong sh1t...

i think you are too paranoid and you are thinkin way too much into this. Your strength is up and your weight is up so it is working. You need to recheck your diet and probably up the calories 250-500
 
a satisfied update boys:


alright so i decided to up the dose to 40mg's a day, and i staretd that 3 days ago. and i also upped my calories by about 900.

im officially up 15 lbs and i take back everything i said before, i was totally paranoid, and im pretty sure my weight was just fluncuating.


the biggest thing i can see is in my shoulders, they literly blew up, and they look like they have anotehr muscle growing on them.


im happy now :D


im already looking forward to my next cycle, which just might be test e and dbol baby :D
 
Don't take this the wrong way, but if you were noid'd on p-plex... maybe test e and dbol isn't a good idea.

I'm about to start a Phera clone in a few weeks... I can only hope that I blow up 10lbs...
 
yea pplex gains come on slow but you have to continuously up your calories each week. glad to see your happy with the results now. I have no experience with the pplex clones, but i know the AX **** is good. if you like what your cycle gave you, look into finding the original AX **** next time. i will be looking to gain at least 15 of a 4 week cycle

I personally run thistle and nac when I'm not running orals which is most of the time. However, I do run a product called "NOW" Super Oderless Garlic which obviously contains garlic, hawthorne berries, and cayenne extract. This product has realy kept my BP at a controllable level and since using I have never needed an BP meds.

The original pp had my arms amd back feeling like I was tearing my skin, which is why I am totally confused on why he's taking arginine...even creatine at this point would be just a waste imo...for me it would be I know. I never worried about atp on pp...I was ready for the next rep within 60 seconds and, this was with using 85-95 percent max...

agreed...as mentioned earlier, arginine and creatine are best saved for pct to maintain growth..
