Hey all, was wondering whether someone could help me out with some advice :) I have a good diet (6 meals a day good and clean) but I am not sure what supplements I need to help things along, my current plan is this: 40g simple carbs 20 protein 1 hour pre workout with creatine, then post workout the same. I started that regime when I was really noob and didnt really know what to do so I know its not the best. My plan for a new one would be this:

1 hour pre workout: wazy maize starch+ 24g gold standard whey+ creatine + glutamine? (is the glutamine needed pre?) or should I just take jacked with some whey pre?

immediatley post workout: wazy maize starch + ~50g gold whey (too high?) plus amino acid pills (but im im using these do I need less protein? do I need that much protein anyway?) + glutamine

Before bed Casein shake.

I was wondering whether it would a good idea to take some casein with breakfast? eg cereal fruit and the shake?

Also does anyone know of any good test boosters? Im 16 so to young for roids. Also I was thinking of ZMK as a good multivatamin will that cover it?

WMS should not be combined with whole proteins. It slows down the absorption, which defeats the purpose of using it. Use either EAA or BCAA powder (~15g) with the WMS.

for the test booster part- try Drive plus IGF-2- combo works wonders as an all-natural testosterone-boosting product

Use complex carbs like oats, pasta, whole wheat bread etc. with your pre-workout meal.

No need for glutamine in my opinion.

Use Jacked before your workout but make sure you have carbs and protein a while before that.
 
Activate extreme is an excellent natural test booster, especially for the youngins as it will increase your free testosterone therefore maximizing what you already have abundance of at your young age. You should check it out.
