Winstrol Cycle.....

Hello...hows this board doing today...Anyways Im just trying something new by using this forum hopefully I can get the right advice......
I am approching my second cycle...my first was 12 weeks of Test E and I had impresive gains...I went from 135 to my current weight of 160...I have keept every pound if it and its now a month later....I had to start Nolvadex extremley late...Because of a stupid order issue that I thought I had resolved....Anyways I am 5'7 160...workout experiance 5 years....last 6 Months I have been working incredibly hard....SO Id like to post up my spring cutting cycle.....Let me know if everything is in order.....
Weeks 1-10 test p 100-150mg eod
weeks 6-11 Winstrol 30-50mg a day
Pct weeks 12-13 20mg a day of Nolvadex
weeks 14-15 nolvadex 10mg a day

You might want adex, at least until you start running the winny on week 6. Sounds like you didn't use it in your test e cycle previously...
 
My diet is clean...I assume thats what your saying.....I go for 3,000 calories a day....6 meals a day
4 a.m. Protien Drink
6 a.m. Tuna Sandwich
8 a.m. Samething probly....Baked Potato
12 p.m 2 eggs two toast and hasbrowns
2 p.m. Oatmeal or Fruit
4-9 p.m. Bowl of Rice or Salad
10 p.m. I know it seems late but I got 2 jobs....6 oz chicken breast and mashed potatos
 
Bump for some input....P.s....should I use the winny oraly or inject..because injection will fit in together with prop but if i use sust then i think oral is better

Week Nolvadex HCG Aromasin Vitamin E
1 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs/day 1000iu/day
2 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs/day 1000iu/day
3 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs/day 1000iu/day
4 20mgs/day 20-25mgs/day
5 20mgs/day 20-25mgs/day
6 20mgs/day

I know your question isnt really about your diet, but since you posted it, I'll give you some input.....this is atrocious for a bodybuilder. You are doing yourself a major disservice to believe that this is conducive to making muscular gains.

I know I dont have so much carbs but I am not a body builder...and dont plan to be....Sorry but the juice is for me and for my pleasure only not those who choose to vote my body best upon a stage....and for those out there who do choose to compete than thats acceptable as well...But if you think its not conducive than please show me a diet more fit for my minimal cash flow:run:
 
add atleast one more shake during the day, and make sure protein is available with each meal. if funds are a problem then spend less on gear and more on food..
 
I would be scared to shoot a pin @ 135lbs. Probably go right through my ass into the other side of my body...
 
haha maybe he shot left glute to have it pin in the right one. im jp around, not trying to be an ass, although i do agree.

Its not so much your carbs Im worried about, its the measly amount of protein you are getting...I dont have time to type up a diet for you, but please search this board or another for a general diet plan...

Thanks for all the input...I do usually have another shake i forgot that its a post workout.....And I do snack on a variety of foods but its kinda numerous to list and its random snacks.... Thnx for all the input i think my diet works well for the 30 poundsI gained in such a short period...even though my receptors were primed for the juice It still takes a good diet and commited training to get those gains for someone who has been stuck at 135 for such a long time....
