EST prop/hem

I'm going to be running a 4 week cycle of EST prop/Hem. What I want to know is how to set up my PCT. I have Stoked, Tamoxifen Citrate, Tribulus, and a Liver support. I won't start this cycle until I am fully educated on the PCT. Could someone please elaborate on how to go about it with the products I have. Thanks in advance.
 
there are many options for pct, i will post my suggestion tomorrow when im not so tired. as for now, you might want to take a look at Force of Green's log as he is running the same cycle and he is well experienced and helpful.
 
yep no problem.

ok so i would run pct something like this (starting the day after the last day on cycle):
tamox (weeks 1-4): 30mg/20mg/20mg/10mg
stoked (weeks 2-5): 4 caps every day (2am, 2 pm)
trib: follow recommendations on the bottle but you can up the dosage if you feel you could use a little boost in libido.
you should start your liver support a week or two before your cycle, run it through you cycle, and running it another week or so into pct is a good idea.

Tamox weeks 1-4 20/20/10/10

Stoked weeks 3-6 2 caps in the morning and 2 caps in the evening

Liver support weeks 1-4(not needed after you finish Nolva)

Trib you can run it how you like.
 
Thanks a ton for the info gents. A couple follow up questions. Is the Tamox taken every day? And how specifically is it taken? Squirted under the tongue and swallowed? Sorry if these are elementary questions, I'm learning.

I've been searching for FofG's log but can't seem to locate it. Can you post a link to it if you wouldn't mind.

Yes Tamox taken everyday for 4 week. You can squirt it in you mouth with a oral syringe. It is best taken at night.
