what are the symptoms that your clen is working? I just dosed my IR clen at 23-30mcg, 30 minutes ago and still havnt felt anything

Wait about an hour, make sure its on an empty stomach.

Signs are very noticeable. Your hands will shake when you hold things like a pen or utensil. Heck, the shakes in general are strong. However what you just described is a low dose. Wait until you hit the higher ones and it becomes very prominent.

Take it a day at a time. 20mcg increase a day until you start to feel overanxious, shaky, nauseated, etc. Then either hold at that dose (sides will go away after a day or so) or bump it down a dose and keep it there.

And take your damn temperature.

when i hold it at the dose i felt it working at, am i supposed to continue ramping up if i dont feel the shakes anymore?

Only if you can tolerate the increasing sides. But yes I would increase it another 20 mcg.
