Using Jacked while on Recreate

Would it be wise to use Jacked while on Recreate? I want to make sure b-4 I purchase any. I'm currently using Recreate (3 days) and I love it.

I'm a novice powerlifter (529sq, 359bp, 606dl) and my goals are to lose bodyfat (currently 230pds at 22%bf=51pds) and get stronger at the same time. I will lose at least 30 pounds of fat in the next 16 weeks (deadline April 3, 2009) and get stronger, or at least maintain my strength. I'm using John Berardi's Precision Nutrition plan, which definitely works, from what I have read about it. Also, should I be stacking anything else with recreate (Prime or Powerfull) to get stronger? FYI, I also use fish oil, multivitamins. Any help would be greatly appreciated. THanks.
 
You can use Recreate with Jacked. However, make sure to evaluate your tolerance and perhaps not use the full dosages at first. It should not be a problem.

Prime would be the best for increasing strength :cool:
 
i'm using jacked and recreate. I'm cutting so with the calorie deficit workouts SHOULD be tiring and dreadful. But with jacked, workouts are awesome. Even with the deficit, I'm getting stronger, leaning out, and even doing cardio after lifting is easier. I work a pretty manually intense job. So i take 2 scoops of Jacked before my workout and the 3rd right after before I go to work. I used to be so tired on WO days going into work, but with jacked those days are gone!

I am finishing up week 2 with Recreate and Jacked pre-workout. I have dropped a few lbs and my workouts have still been crisp and I set a new 1 rep max on bench last week. Not saying it was related to jacked, but it did give me that added motivation to give it a shot!

I don't take them together. I take Recreate first thing the morning. Jacked 30 minutes before a workout which would be after my 2nd meal, and the second dose of recreate for the whole meal (not shake) after lifting.

...I know, but I am am dosing only low-level Jacked (1 scoop) with my ReCreate (2 tabs) - it's a real sweet thermo combo - not too intense but great focus and endurance :thumbsup:
