Ok been getting over a cold but yesterday I went in and did cardio today weights and cardio. I always believe in starting any supp at the lowest possible effective dose and working my way up if necessary.

Day 1-One scoop-Good energy especially for not feelin 100% energy lasted well past workout no crash appetite gone.
Day 2- One scoop-Felt better today good energy boost energy lasted past workout again appetite gone.

Taste-Wonderful

Quick thoughts, only took it 2 days and happy with it in terms of energy but not sure I can take this right now as I'm trying to gain weight. I'm going to take it for a full week but if my appetite is gone it's a no go for bulking. In any case I can't wait to cut with this, energy out the a$$ and low appetitie, can u say shredded.:bb3:
 
if you use powerfull, anabolic pump in conjunction with jacked you shouldn't have any problem putting on good weight
 
possibly but if i don't have an appetite their will be nothing for those supps to build muscle with, bricks with no mortar so to speak. I'm also beyond the point of force feeding myself and being miserable. Either way I'm happy with the energy it gives and for me only at one scoop. I have a hard time eating the amounts I need to in order to grow as it is. I'm very excited about this side effect as I would most likely used Jacked when I'm cutting down. Right now when I'm bulking the boatload of carbs provide more then enough fuel.
