Multi Log Update, Day 23-31, Back Bi/rest/Turkey/chest/move/move/shoulders/move/Back

Log Update, Day 23, Back/Bi

Had a fairly good back workout, changed up the routine ever so slightly, removing pull ups to focus more on the cable lat pull down machine and building up strength slowly with that while being able to better focus directly on lat contraction where I feel on pull ups my arms do lots of the work.

Great workout altoghether, felt strong on the seated row machine BUT I liked the lower weight better as I felt I could much better control the contraction and pull tighter as well... was def worth sacrificing the lbs on the lift to get a better feeling lift altogether, I think it was much more productive the last set then the first.

Not much to mention on this rest day... was plannin on hittin the gym the next day early before thanksgiving dinner but slept in instead and we had to get there early as my son was in high demand by the grandparents, lol.

Ate myself full... twice... then went home, slept and started oraganizing things for the move.

Chest felt pretty strong, although it took a second for the workout to pick up but once it did the pumps were just great and the contractions, especially on my cable lifts just feel so concentrated, I suppose its cause my chest is already pumped from the heavier free weights then the flys really stretch out all the fibers and I can feel it contracting all of them again each rep... feels niiiiiice :D

Spent all day moving stuff... more like packing stuff and throwing the rest away... had also planned on hitting a dedicated arms session in the morn and legs in the evening but with so much to do on my plate I didnt even get in a single real workout:(

This was the REAL move date, all the mattresses, TV's, my wifes heavier then sin(and eaqually difficult to maneuver and has the worst weight distribution of any peice of furniture ever know to man... not easy to take out of a tiny winding apartment hall and down a flight of stairs), dressers, tables, arm chairs(sniffle, my lay-z-boy now sits in storage) and even more disproportioned, over sized, overfilled(for their structure) boxes that my wife didnt realize were meant for toys and not photo alblums and other heavy electronics.

Any ways it was a LOOONG day.

Nice Poops..Glad to hear it worked out for ya bro...I know though it is weird I rememeber the first time I went to it and I was like WTF when I tried to do the first tri press down
 
Day 23 Update






Weight: 231lbs (+11lbs)

Libido: It was a bit improved today. I tried taking phera-plex at 20mg pre-workout today, and i definitely noted an improved libido as a result.

Strength: It's been improving almost by the day. The pure explosiveness of it at times is seriously impressive. Certain body part seem to have a better response to it, but overall it's really starting to take note.

Aggression/Lethargy: Overall, not too bad today. I've been my typical mellow person today. I did have a good aggressive aspect in the gym though, as i have been receiving. Lethargy was not a factor at all today. I've been using 4 capsules of RPM prior to my workout, and it seems to be doing the job very well. Tomorrow i have some Diesel Fuel i'm going to try, so i'll report back. This adjunct has SIGNIFICANTLY mitigated the lethargy issue for me.

Mood: I continue to feel pretty good overall. My motivation and drive continues to propel me into the next days workout. I feel like i'm still really enjoying this cycle.

Side Effects: Still not much to report. Acne is gone. All my hair remains intact and accounted for. No headaches of nosebleeds. My guys are atrophied though. Not to the point of serious concern, but it has occured to a degree.

Narrative



My workouts have been very impressive. I have noted ther emergence of painful shoulder pumps over the last few day, but i knew they were coming. Nothing that sitting and resting doesn't help. I'll be bumping my taurine up to 10 grams/day, and i'll start utilizing some gatorade preworkout as well.

The strength gains have been really impressive since i've added in the 1-T. I set a few PR's yesterday with biceps and triceps. My training endurance has been pretty good as well. I'm utilizing Incarnate for it's beta alanine/cissus content. I had thought about adding in some citruline malate as well, so i'll see in the coming week.

I've ran out of DCP, so i haven't used it in over a week. I'll add it back in when i recieve some shortly though. I really do believe DCP was a GREAT addition as well. I attribute the mitigation of any significant fat gain to its inclusion. The Gut Health also is a paramount staple. The gas bombs have been few and far between on this cycle. Thanks gut health! :)

As you can see from a prior post, i will be utilizing primordial's "Testosterone Recovery Stack" into my pct. I'll get into that in more detail though in the coming weeks. Everything is rolling along nicely now!

1)Lethargy: The lethargy is not completely gone, but very tolerable at this point. The RPM really does a nice job in mitigating that aspect. It still occurs in that same time frame (3-4 hours) after application of the 1-T.

2)PCT: I will be adding a low dose SERM into the mix as well. Probably torem. I have some DTHC that i'd like to use as well. I'll have the whole PCT laid out by next week so you guys can check it out. I really have good faith in primordial's testosterone recovery stack though, so i'm actually looking at pct in a positive light. :)

Hell yeah trauma! The more supps I have for pct and the better the supps are the more I actually do look forward to pct! Youres looks good man. Adding the DTH is always fun too!
 
Awesome trauma, sounds like dosing the phera pre workout is working well for you, great work buddy. Sorry to hear about your slow internet connection poops, but its great of you to keep us updated, i cant wait to try my 1-t now when it arrives next week, awesome guys, take care Russian.

Not a huge florida fan but I was pullin for them to beat Bama. I hate OU and them beating Mizzouri pissed me off. Florida will beat OU. OU will be lucky to put up half of 60!

YEAH, sustain is a great product , I used it on cycle to prevent shutdown(according to primordial) and all I can say is that my pct was a joke , I kept my gains and didn't fell I was off, I used 20 mg nolva in the first 2 weeks though
 
Although I'm a HUGE Penn State fan, I was pulling for Florda as well. Tebow is the truth!

Dude, getting a great PCT setup is one of my favorite parts. I love being on, but I also love being 100% natural and running optimally. I usually run heavy PCT's just because I enjoy getting everything kicking again. Serm/AI/Cortisol Reduction/Bulk powders/Test Booster/etc./etc. - I run so much stuff. PCT is always fun for me.

I think they do to a degree. The DHEA should serve as a base to help libido issues. The pregnenolone also helps to mitigate 5a-R issues as well.

just checkin in with an all is well and weight has remained consistant, strength rising, fat down but headaches have increased leading me to believe elevated BP... Im going to increase my CA dose I think.

I got to go though and will give a detailed update ASAP... hopefully will have highspeed by next weeks start.

Days 25, 26, 27 Update






Weight: 232.6lbs (+12.6lbs)

Libido: It's suppressed to a degree, but i'm still able to get'r done. It actually seems to have improved in the last few days overall.

Strength: Through the roof. I've icreased my weight on every single exercise this week in an impressive fashion. Not only is my strength very impressive, but so is my endurance. The strength gains here in week 4 have been VERY explosive.

Aggression: Since i dropped the Methoxy-Tst, this seems to have normalized to a degree. I still have periods of aggressive tendency, but overall nothing that noteable.

Side Effects: Absolutely nothing to report. Even i can't freakin' believe it. No acne, headaches, or nosebleeds to report. My hair is all accounted for as well. The boys are definitely noticeably atrophied at this point. Other than that, nothing at all.

Mood: Honestly, i feel great! Motivation has been very impressive, as is a nice feeling of well being.....especially today for some reason. This aspect has been very positive and consistent all cycle long.

Narrative




Tomorrow concludes 4 weeks total. I must say, this 4th week has really noted the most impressive results. My strength has been insane, and the gains are really starting to stack on. My weight hasn't changed much this week, but i think my body is recomping in ways. I look more dense and full.

The pumps have become an issue however. Today they were horrible. I had to stop frequently to rest because they were almost unbearable. I'm going to increase my fluid/electrolyte intake for tomorrow.

I have noted no lethargy over the past 4 days or so. I think that maybe everything is starting to balance out now, and it's mitigated that aspect. This is a good thing. :)

My appetite has been fairly consistent. Nothing like the first few weeks, but not suppressed either. I'm really going to try to add on a few more pounds here in week 5.

Since i've added the 1-T into the mix, i very much feel this cycle has been elevated to another level. I seriously couldn't be more impressed right now with this stack. Great gains, literally no sides, and the lethargy is gone.

I will continue with the phera as i already stated. Just till the end of week 5 though. I'm still formulating my PCT, but i'll have it up for you all to view by some point next week.

Right now, i'm LOVING this stack!!!

Great job so far Trauma, you're looking way bigger in that pick. I'll bet you're freakin huge when pumped. Keep forcing down the calories and good luck with that 5th week of Phera.

First off thanks for logging all the info...I'm new to this board and this was the first Log I read..I just came across 1-T last night while searching for good products for my next run through...I just finished a H-Drol P-Plex bridge just before Thanksgiving and put on 14 lbs, and have kept 12 so far...I was looking to possibly do a similar bridge with Xtreme Tren and 1-T...I'm trying to pack on as much clean mass as possible before I start dieting in April for my show...I currently bounce between 203 & 205 and would like to get to 220 prior to April.

My possible cycle

Wk 1-3 Xtreme Tren 60 mg
Wk 3-6 xtreme Tren 60-90 mg depending on sides/ Recommended 1-t dose
WK 6-9 1-T @ recommended

PCT I'm still kinda holding out to see how its goes with you guys and that will help me determine if I go with some HCG and possibly Nolva, but would prefer not to if possible

HCG is not used during PCT, and even if you used it correctly, you DEFINITELY don't need it for that cycle.

And you should be stacking those rather than spreading them out.

Do some reading, man. And none of this thread-hijacking.
 
I saw a number of posts about how 1-t was applied and was wondering whether someone could answer as to how long it would stay in your system for? I am thinking of running a pulse with it and am hoping that it is gone quickly as to minimize shutdown. Can anyone comment on this issue?

Day 32 Update







Weight: 235.4lbs(+15.4lbs)

Libido: It's definitely decreased at this point. I'm still able to put the little general to work, but the drive isn't always there like it used to be.

Strength: This continues to impress me. I've made HUGE gains in strength exercises this week. I feel like the last 1.5 weeks has been simply incredible. The explosiveness continues to drive my motivation on a daily basis. This is nothing like feeling like a freakin' beast in the gym!!

Side Effects/Lethargy: Still, nothing major to report as far as side effects. Hair is fine. No real acne issues to discuss. The only thing of note is the pumps. They have been very bad at times this week, especially in myl lower back the last few days. Not much is mitigating that aspect thusfar. I did have some pretty bad lethargy again today, so i'll continue to watch that aspect. I'll have updated vital signs below as well.

Mood: I really do feel fantastic! My motivation and drive continue to be very impressive even at this point.

-Phera-Max: I have switched over to generic labz "Pheramax" which is a phera-plex clone that i had. I finished my second bottle of the phera-plex, so i'll finish up the last 5 days or so with this. I'll update tomorrow if i note an significant changes. The dosing will be 45mg/day for the next 5 days.

-1-T: 5 pumps/daily. Some updates with the 1-T. This stuff has really made my skin radiant and very healthy. The topical cream eric has put together really is impressive in many regards. This stuff spreads on very easily, and drys in a very timely manner. I continue to get a nice tightening effect for about 20 minutes after application each day. I really do attribute some of these strength gains i've experience the result of the 1-T itself. I couldn't be happier at this point. I'll see in the coming weeks what this product continues to add to my gains.

I'm entering week 5, and really have enjoyed myself up to this point. The gains in strength and fullness over the last week have been nothing short of phenominal. I'm really glad i put this stack together and went with it.

I figure that i'll finish up 5 weeks on the phera, and then continue the 1-T for up to 2 more weeks. We'll see how it all unfolds, but that's the plan as of right now. My appetite has been great all week, and i honestly expect a few more pounds by mid next week.

The pumps have been bad, and nothing seems to take any signifiant edge off at this point. It's ok though, i can deal with it for the duration of the cycle. I just have to take frequent rest periods to compensate.

Tomorrow is back day, so i look forward to updating on my strength numbers. I feel like tomorrow is going to be the best workout yet. Everything continues to go well, so on to day 33 i go!!

Why do you think back pumps seem more common with these designers like p-plex-epi-etc..and not as much on AS like winstrol/dbol/var. @ least i never had them until i took epi. and i've had a good amount of orals. just curious what your take is on it?

I know what you mean, but i can't say for certain though. They seem to be worse with certain compounds as well.

There has to be some significant degree of electrolyte and sodium/potassium pump channel involvement impairing osmotic fluid transfer between intra/extra cellular compartments though, imo. I would also postulate that as a direct result of those fluid transfer issues, the subsequent delay of lactic acid neutralization/clearance further contributes to the overall issue of muscular pain/fatigue. Why this seems to happen more with designers though, i'm not sure at this point.

I'm still trying to find the right concoction to alleviate a majority of the symptoms myself. In the coming weeks, i'm going to be trying a few things, and i'll report my findings. I have some citrulline malate i'm going to add into the mix, as well as increase my beta alanine intake. I'll let you know how it pans out. :)

yeah the beta alanine sounds like a good idea! it's probably just that simple. gotta be someway to combat that before or during its occurance not just the taurine for during ya know.
 
Day 33 Update






Weight: 235lbs(+15lbs)

Libido: It now seems to be on the rise again. Over the last 2 days i've noticed it.

Strength: This continues to be very impressive. I continue to make some personal records with each consecutive workout. I had a very good leg workout today, and totally killed it on leg press.

Side Effects/Lethargy: Still nothing to really report. Some acne has returned to my face, but nothing major. Hair is good. No other significant issues to note. The lethargy aspect seems to be under control as well. I've been alternating the use of my RPM and stimulant x. So far, so good.

Mood: Motivation and drive continues to be unparalled. I'm loving every minute of this cycle thusfar!






Supplements



1)1-T: - 5 pumps/day in the morning.

2)Phera-Max: - 45mg/day split over the day evenly. I may bump to 60mg/day for the final 2-3 days of the phera.

3) I've now added in the citrulline malate as of today. All of my other supplements continue at this point. I've also increased my Vitamin D intake to 8000 IU/day. Cycle Assist continues at 4 capsules twice daily.

1)Leg Press: - 270x15, 360x12, 450x12, 540x8, 630x6
2)Leg Extensions: - 75x12, 100x8, 120x8, 120x8

Week 5 is quickly coming to a close. I have the phera for a few more days, but i'll continue with the 1-T for about another week or so.

I've really been impressed with the results. My gains seems to have stabilized, but with that my composition is improving as well.

Today is bi's/tri's, so i'll have another update later in the day. :)

You've put together one great cycle here big John!! And now you're reaping the sweet rewards. You look freakin' huge in that last photo bro. Maybe the picture quality was just much better than the pre-cycle photo was....or you have totally exploded in new growth.
