haven't heard that one yet... but overall I like the new albums songs a lot. though I agree it is not entirely like them from back in the day it still Feels like a mix of the "old Metallica" with the new.
 
check out angeles del infierno... spanish rock group that I like a lot. great songs that range from hard to metal style all the way down to softer ballad style stuff... the singers vocals and range are amazing, and there are some really nice riffs and solos.
