As far as substances being banned or not, your best bet is to check with the individual agency or representative as a lot of different organizations have different rules.

Damn, just got home from work and seen a box sitting on the door step. I was wondering WTF it was? NPs order isn't due to arrive until Tuesday... Sure as **** stinks it was the Nitro!
