Check for some places that do 3-D ultrasounds. That way when she is about 8 months or so you can get one done. They are so awesome you can see what baby will look like.

They have 3D at the place we go to...we were looking at all the pics and stuff yesterday, haha
 
There will be no formal update today as I was running around like mad and honestly, didn't pay all that much attention to what I was eating or the values or anything. It was, however, my last day on Cre-02 for the next 30 days, and I did manage to get some minor work in just a few mins ago with some yoga and core work. I also got my shipment yesterday with DCP (and my new shampoo) in it, and my shipment today with Leviathan Reloaded, Relora, and Reset AD...so tomorrow will be my first day OFF Cre-02 and my first day ON the other supps!

Thanks Buddy :):). I've been doing alright. Gonna post a pic later tonight that shows some fat shed.

I'm wondering though if my scale may be broken, haha. It says that I am weighing at 223...which is practically impossible since I am visibly leaner than I was, and its saying I gained like 5lbs. There's no way in just 50 days or so that I traded 5lbs of fat for muscle I don't think...

Thats actually scaled down from last month. Add in Citruvol Xs/Hardcore Shred Xs/Carnage/Cre-02 and you have the last few months worth of stuff...lol. I decided to take a month off of carnage/citrvuol/shred while taking off of Cre-02.

I have calipers...I just never use them, haha. I have one of those machines too, but they're full of sh!t.

I agree there. My scale at home tells me my bf... its always around 25% no matter what I gain or lose.

Overview :So today was my first day with my new supplementation for the next month or so. I felt naked without my Cre-02...but DCP, Levi, and Relora definitely helped. I actually think I felt the effects of relora already today. Normal situations where I would stress out just kind of rolled off my back. That could also be because all I did most of the day was talk about having twins, haha

Had a good KB workout this morning...i've started my training off well, and my goals are in perfect order and now have even more meaning along with them. I simply don't want my new children to see some fat slob of a father when they come into the world.

12/7/08 - Day 63

Overview :Well there were multiple goods and bads today. It was good that I got to workout and had a good workout at that. It was bad that the stupid Giants lost. It was good that I got to hang out with my girlfriend and her family as well as my family today. It was bad that I ate like crap...AGAIN. It was good that I took all the supps I wanted to. It is bad that I am now officially out of fish oils unless my delivery arrives tomorrow.

Highlight to note : My ENTIRE workout was done during the halftime of the Giants game :). I only did wrist curls with my left arm because my right forearm is MASSIVE compared to my left and i'm trying to even it out a bit because I kinda look funny...lol. Must have been many years of pitching, QB, Bowling, Tennis, etc, that are all right arm dominant.

^^^I have been thinking about it a lot lately, and I think next season I want to get into hunting. Not for the sport as much as it will be for the venison meat because it is cheap, not fatty, and tasty. It will save money and feed us all. A guy I know is selling these pretty cheap. I plan to bow hunt because it will be more challenging. Not for the sport, again, but because on that specific day if that deer is supposed to live...I don't want my gun to be the reason it doesn't.

Even though I haven't been strict on diet, and I think it reacts better to a low carb diet than it does to the stuff i've been eating, I feel the Leviathan working already. I love that stuff. This is my 2nd run of it. This is also my 2nd run of DCP and I love that stuff as well. This is my 1st run of Relora but it truly does work. I have had less anxiety issues lately than I did ever before since starting it. That's a HUGE benefit. I may be hooked ;)

I hunt both Archery and Rifle. It's rifle season now though so those deer are mine!
 
I've never done either, so i'd like to learn archery first with targets naturally, and then go out for deer "archery style" and then eventually learn to shoot a rifle and so on and so forth.

Nothing like a few hundred pounds of moose meat in your freezer (in fact thats why they bought 2 full size freezers - just for the meat from his hunting and fishing trips). I started having to beg friends and relatives to hook me up with deer meat each year, it was getting so diffcult to get any that I pretty much just switched to farm-raised bison and ostrich. However, now that I moved from Saskatchewan to the East Coast, I can't find either, so the begging will have to resume. :thumbsup:

That's awesome! That would be sweet if I learned real fast and got all my permits and whatnot and it was 3 days of the Ahhhhnold and one day of AnabolicMindsHuntaThon :thumbsup:
 
I'd really like to get into some traditional bowhunting. I've always used a compound bow, and I love it, but I'd like to take a few old-school hunting trips. Like a traditional elk hunt with a longbow. Wheew! That would be hard.

I've shot a few deer with a rifle, and the feeling of accomplishment just isn't there like it is with bowhunting.

Do you guys turkey hunt at all? That's a great time, too. I enjoy all the moving around you get to do. It's not nearly as inactive as deer hunting.
