First Cycle (Dbol) need advice

Ok, I understand I should have a SERM handy, I will see what I can do about getting one as I dont start my cycle until tomorrow.

As far as mg and cycle length Im not to sure, was going to run 6 weeks but if I can run it in 4 that would be great, when on 6 or 4 weeks what mg is best?

Ill let you know what I ate yesterday as this will basically be the same through out my cycle,

up 7 am jog 8-9 am protein shake and cell tech shake at 10, 12:30 can of tuna no mayo and oatmeal, 4:30 serving of fish and spaghetti, 7 cucumber and tomato. rest.

Is that ok?

I don't know your exact stats but i can tell you youre going to need to eat a lot more than that.

I am 5'9" 185. 10% bf. I've already eaten more calories than that today. When I am on orals only I shoot for about 4500 kcal a day with the breakdown being 40/30/30 p/c/f.

Absolute bare minimum for me would be 3500 kcal a day, although this would be a deficit for me. that translates to
Bare minimum 350 g protein
Bare minimum 300 g carb
Bare minimum 100 g fat
 
I'm just saying, I've lived on next to nothing as a student for a long time. Somehow, you've got to make the diet work. I've lived off of tuna, eggs, brown rice, oatmeal, and peanut butter for a long time.


oh ok, never mind then,...... yeah student life sux,... working 35 hrs a week while bein a full time college student @ at a college 40 minutes away. Hard to get the gains i really want with a hard schedule, and financial hickups every now and then,... but i try my best for perfection.

I hear you bro, its tough. Luckily, the job that I do have brings in decent cash, so I don't have to work that much. I finish grad school in 2 weeks, pumped.:head:

But this is my first cycle, is all that really necessary??

You seem to be well informed so what would you suggest for me as far as mg per week?
 
I also am about to start my first cycle. I will be using dbol with either test e or sustanon 250, not sure yet. My question is this (forgive my ignorance) if I take 30mg of dbol per day do I take it all at once or spread it out over the day. Should it be taken before training, before bed, with meals etc. etc.? Thanks for the future help.

Spread it out, 10 am, 10 pre wo, 10 post wo, as evenly as you can. Since its methylated, take it 30 min before, or an hour after meals.
 
If I take it in the morning. It would be the entire day before I took my pre wo dose since I don't wo until about 4:30 in the afternoon. Is that still ok. or should I be taking some around lunchtime as well?

i took my full 25-30mg dose all pre workout and saw no complications, just insane pumps. yes spreading it out throughout the day will allow for better/stable levels....but its not a big deal especially since ur doing it correctly and running test with it
