Hi Guys,
I just ran 5 wks of Hdrol at 50/75/100/100/100 and had some really nice gains. I went from 208 to 221 with significant loss in body fat and major strength increases on pretty much all my lifts. Obviously I want to hang onto my gains and after reading the 11oxobridge.com website I decided to give the 11-OXO bridge a shot.
I would love people to comment on how this worked for them. I think what makes it attractive to me is the entire concept of cortisol control + very mildly suppressive, allowing natural recovery to begin before PCT + anti-catabolic. The entire purpose of my cycle was a recomp, so I'd also like to continue leaning out (cruise over New Years).
For PCT after the 11-OXO bridge I'm planning to use sustain alpha + toco 8. I'm also taking Leviathan Reloaded + DCP during the 11-OXO bridge and PCT. I don't mind losing a "little" of the muscle, continued recomp is the main goal.
Thoughts/opinions/experiences?
