Yep. 200mg and a baby aspirin. Worked great for me.

Here is how i do it, cuz im currently on it

Daily
75mg E HCL
300mg Caf

each dose spaced apart 5 hrs,

25mg E, 100mg C @ 5am, 10am, 3pm

cycle for 2 weeks the I switch to a trusted fat burner (stimulant) like Lipo-6 or for this current plan ima use DCP/LR

I've also been dosing DCP prior to my EC, dont have a final conclusion on it but we'll see how it goes

It means that for each mg of Ephedrine you take, you also take 10mg of caffeine and 10-15mg of aspirin.

For example: 25/250/250-375mg E/C/A.

However, I agree with those who said the Aspirin isn't needed.

sorry it is the correct ratios- for each dose, take:
25 mg ephedrine (1)
250 mg caffeine (10)
250 mg aspirin (10)

but the aspirin is not as important as the ec part....
