Not bad, I put on about 3/4kg really quickly without any fat increase. I didn't really feel my strength got dramatically better but I definitly had improved progress. In hindsight I should have done 10/20/20 rather than 10/20/30 as I didn't feel any difference between 20 and 30 (and less is sometimes more)
Not sure if I will use SD again though as I felt SO cr*p on it.
