- 70 minutes pre-workout: 6 caps Blue Gene
- 50 minutes pre-workout: 8 caps White Flood (sample)
- 20 minutes pre-workout: 1 cap Anabolic Pump w/ 4 grams CEE
- Intra-workout: 5 scoops Xtend w/8 grams of Beta Alanine, 5 grams L-Leucine
- Post-workout: 80 gram WMS, 1 scoop Dymatize Whey, 1 scoop Dymatize Elite 12 Hr Protein, 5 grams L-Leucine, 3 grams CEE + 1 Power Bar (45 grams carbs)

Notes:
- 275 for 10 on bench press wasn't too shabby for myself; my record is 12. Got a strange feeling in my a/c joint (or collar bone) following 295 for 5 reps, so I lowered the weight, and merely did slow, concentrated reps on each set, with 45-60 seconds rest in between sets to up the intensity a bit. I haven't touched 105s on Incline Dumbbell Presses in aaaages, nonetheless following heavy bench press.
- there was this babe in there today . . holy $hit, she had me cranking out set after set, rep after rep. When I was doing dips, I was wearing a long-sleeve white Under Armor, and I was busting out of it. Jacked beyond belief, every muscle belly pumped up and huge, and I saw her and her two friends staring me down again and again, then doing the little head jerks as if 'we're not looking or talking about you,' followed by an obvious peek. Hahaha, I swear, that $hit had me cranking out some nasty a$$ reps ! And the rest of the gym was packed for that matter, and I found myself being the most jacked dude of them all, because, after all, I'm a veiny son-of-a-bit$h, and once that pumps builds up, it's just a bit more than Average Joe. LOL . . . Towards the end of my workout, I'd go to an area not far from this threesome (ahhhh, I wish) of girls, because she fueled my fire, know what I'm sayiiiin ?! :head: :think: :hammer:
- a buddy of mine and I discussed this girl .. I was convinced she was a fitness chick, and had to have sum of that. I got to the machine bench press, and I see my buddy talking to her, thinking, you lucky sonna***** ! He came up to me afterwards, 'man, I stole your line !' I'm like, 'huh?' .. he goes, 'well, I walked up to her and asked if she was doing fitness of figure contests, because you and I had been wondering' [he literally pointed to me as I was on the machine bench, and she got a look..] .. I'm like, 'daaamn, man, thank for that one ! [for mentioning me].. Now here's the funny part; when I ran into my buddy at the beginning of this workout, he was telling me, 'damn, you getting lean and ripped ! Why don't ya bulk like I am !?' .. I'm like, never, man, i'm going for the ripped-to-shreds look, working to surpass my previous all-time-best!' .. Anyway, this girl had literally pointed out, 'damn, I like your friends body ! .. You're a little too big, though !' when she talked to my buddy ! hahaha, priiiiceless ! As my buddy walked off after he told me this, I told him, 'man, you're digging your own grave here, telling her about me' ! :hammer: :head: :woohoo:
