I spread my 30mg dose out 3 times a day (early AM, noon and 5PM)

40Mg I stuck with 3 times a day (20mg early AM, noon and 5PM)

If it is better for you to take 2 times a day you should be fine.
 
When you guys say DHEA, are you meaning the topical stuff or the caps like you can get in the vitamin section at wal-mart?

Agreed... 20-30 mg PWO depending on the dose.

I will be taking the capped version for my mdrol run to combat lethargy, but I look forward to using the 1AD/DHEA topical called 1-T.

Im a little lost with dosing.. I am taking epi at 30mg for 2 weeks then up to 40mg

I TRAIN AT NIT, NO SET TIME, JUST AFTER 8P

i dont see any reason for taking 40mg epi for that long. i mean everyone responds to epi at different dosages. for me personally, i get nothing from it at 30. however for another 30mg may be the perfect dose. everyone is different. good luck!
 
your pct needs serm, ai, and a test boost. if AX equals activate xtreme - i believe you might want to add a standalone ai product as well as definitely take the ax since its your test booster.

i wasn't addressing that point - i was addressing my point about getting an ai in. pcs are non-traditionally pathways for test bossting and ai suppression. since you have an opinion on this then go with your gut. i would do ax with pcs (if i wanted to add that to my pct) personally and i would add 6 oxo or like product. but that's me.

as far as an no recommendation - i truly believe in VasoFlow and got real good results with it.

I HAD all my HW but i didnt know whats the best time to take EPI,

so i doin it like this 10@ breakfast
 
after pct i will have 20-26pills left... what should i do with them? run them in the summer/spring, maybe a pusle

you might want to pulse them at the end of this cycle before your pct. also - see how your last week goes on your cycle - you can also consider maybe extending it another week. i did a 6 weeker with great results.

I mean, I am running mdrol as we speak, so it's not like I don't condone the use of it, but you might want to revise your support supplements and your PCT if you are going to include Mdrol bro.

30g: 10 upon wake or with breakfast, 10 midday, 10 pre workout?

Is there any issue with the last dose in regards to when I go to bed. I usually go to the gym at around 7pm and bed at midnight. My other question, what pre supps like jp8 or rpm? How does that tie in with the stack? Is it ok to take them, or no need? Sorry so many questions. (cringing with shield up waiting for all the bashing that may ensue)

10mg with 1st meal
10mg 3rd meaal
20mg prework i train after 7

no rpm
 
You are gonna need a SERM if you are gonna run Mdrol homie.
