Just sit back and discuss your training and your diet, and most importantly, why you choose the routine/food that you do: Carbs for this, Fats for that, the benefits of protein, why your lifting routine is the way it is, other lifting styles for later to stimulate muscle confusion, the importance of rest, the importance of planning, cardio, the problem with too much cardio, the problem with lifting for longer than 1 hour, etc. etc.
Hell that's at least 10 paragraphs right there with those topics.
I'm just saying that it's an easy paper. Man up and get it done. If nothing else, get yourself 6 or 7 hours of sleep and crank it out in the morning, refreshed, energized, focused.
