Prime, Powerful, AP stack + Bulk P-Slin

I am new to this forum and have been reading tons of great advices posted here. Great community! I would love to have some advice on the timing of the stack I am currently taking. I have been on Prime+Powerful+AP stack for about three weeks now. The timing is as follows:

7:30 am 1 AP
8:00 am Breakfast (pre-workout meal) + 2 Prime
9:30 am 3 Powerful
10:00 am Workout (resistance training)
11:15 am Post workout drink
12:30 pm 1 AP
1:00 pm Lunch + 2 Prime
4:00 pm Protein shake
6:00 pm 1 AP
6:30 pm Dinner + 2 Prime
last 2 Powerful 30 mins before bed

I do this 5 on 2 off except for AP, of which I take everyday.

Does this timing look ok?

Also, I have been having problems with AP at 3 doses, it recks havoc on my stomach and I have massive runs. So recently I have been cutting the lunch AP out, sometimes even the dinner dose. I am thinking of incorporating Bulk P-Slin instead, into my program but not sure how to work it in.

Any suggestions?

Timing looks good for all 3 products. If the 3 doses of AP are causing stomach issues then drop the dose to 2 and as you have done miss the lunch time dose out and see how you go over the week. If you are still having issues try incorporating some Pre/Probiotics.
Also from your last meal at 6-30pm to your morning meal at 8-00am is quite a while without any food/protein. I would take a protein shake (protein mix of Whey and Casein) or some cottage cheese around 9 - 9-30pm.
 
thanks, I will cut down on AP and add a late meal to my schedule.

Also, any advice on adding p-Slin? I am thinking of adding to my pre/post work out schedule but not sure how that would affect Powerful?

I would suggest some form of the MassMonster shake. I love it. Best endurance i have ever experienced.

This is my current intra-workout shake:
2 scoops Whey Isolate
1 Scoop WMS
1 Packet of Gatorade Powder
4 Scoops Scivation Xtend
5g Creatine Mono
4g Beta Alanine
1 cap of P-Slin opened up and dumped in

Great nutrient up-take is unbelievable.

If you incorporate a MassMonster shake, do not dose PowerFULL within 30 mins of it. I would take it between your post workout meal and the next, take a low dose of caffeine to prevent lethargy and benefit from the synergy.
 
just to give an update and feedback:

I am now on my 34th day of the stack, which on a 5 on 2 off schedule means I am starting my 6th week of Powerfull and Prime and one months of AP continuously.

What I have learned so far is:

AP - if taken more than 30 mins before meal causes upset stomach. The affects of AP are dependent on the food intake. I have also used a gluconometer to check blood glucose level after ingestion of AP + carb, and do find blood glucose in check eve after the increase carb intake.

Powerful - induces tremendous deep sleep. Although the tendency to have vivid dreams are quite frequent and can be disturbing at times. Not a bad thing in itself, just feels like being awake all night and not tired when waken up.

Prime - Unfortunate, did not give me any sort of noticeable affect. My work out strength has not changed nor has capacity.

For the last week, I introduced Bulk P-Slin into my post work out drink and have notice a overall pumped feeling but beyond that nothing special.

One thing, halfway through my stack, I felt very depressed; no motivation to work out, always tired. I heard from a friend of mind that it could be a interaction between AP and PF/Prime (he was a beta tester for Prime and swears that PF and Prime really worked for him but when he added AP he felt the same thing). I am not sure if anyone has experience this or not ...

Over all, my stats (weight and bf) have not changed at all from the start. I feel that, AP, P-Slin on its own has good affects. Powerfull, just the sleep factor was worth it. Prime, I am not sure, don't feel a thing. However, the combination of all of these seems to detract from each individual item.

This week, I am cutting out AP and P-slin completely to see the effects of PF and Prime alone.
 
Forgot to mention that my goal before starting the stack was to put on some LBM and hopefully lower some BF along the way.

My stat is 76 kg, 14% bf(impedance)

My goal by end of the year, is 80 kg, 9 - 10% bf which doesn't look likely now ...
