My first Cycle Test E and D-bol

mate go for gold, aim big. Try to stack on 35lbs and keep 30.
If your not growing enough, up the calories.
If your stacking on fat try to eat cleaner and maybe some cardio.

Its your first cycle you should grow like an animal if doing everything is right.
If you only keep 15lb by the end I would be pretty disappointed.

Your right, I have not had a day off work for 3wks 8-9hr days. I am going to take a week off and eat like an animal. Then once I am on Track I will go back to work. I'm self employed so I will survive.
 
I am up 13lbs and I am on wk 4 and day 2. How am I doing? Not alot of fat other then a bit of a swollen belly. I eat clean but I am eating lots.

Update- I am now 225lbs in the morning. This is now the start of week 5, I am ballooning up like a mofo. Need to gain more in the legs though. My SAL sustanon the first vial only gave me 7.5 mls- what the ****

I will have more- second vial is probably the same amount. I don't understand that one.

I switched my routine from German Volume training to Chest and tri';s Back and bi's , legs rest 1 day then do it again- pumps are insane.

I have been getting really itchy everywhere- body, head I don't know if it's from high blood pressure or what. I am taking milk thistle and Hawthorn berry

I cut sex down to Mondays and Fridays, I was getting carried away big time so I had to. Gains these last few days are great- strenght and size. I guess I am doing pretty good so far, I hope. I am eating clean,doing cardio on leg days twice a week. I do two seperate leg routines- one for knee support and strenght, the other squats and ect forsize and strenght.

when ur drawing from the vial, dont draw all the way to the 1ml mark because theres still oil in the needle....so pull the needle out of the vial...then pull the plunger so it gets all the oil out of the needle....switch needles and inject.

for pics...go the "post reply" then scoll down and u'll see a button that says "manage attachments" and go from there....but u will need to write something in the box first
 
what brands of gear are you using? UG labs or vet grade?

I would of expected your gains at the end of week 4 from the dbol and sust to be a little more, but then again it all depends on how much your eating...

I have gained from what I belive to be quality gains, muscles are hard, stomach is a bit bloat after I eat but not horrible. So 20 lbs gain and beginning week 5 and I should have gained more. How much am I gonna gain on this cycle then. I am not even halfway through as you still make gains after wk 10-13. I do want as much quality as possible, fat is not much of an option. Anyone else think I should have gained more so far? This is my first cycle so please let me Know. Thanks guys.
 
what say you guys about test e i been running it for 3 weeks now into a 12 week cycle , im starting week 3 tren e for the Animal gains.

i havnt seen much results from the test e yet . When do you think they will kick in , from experience , opinions boys?

And what about the Tren would that increase gains quicker. ?
 
I was referring strictly to the gains at the end of week 4 (mostly due to the dbol)

I think your gains as of your last post are excellent and what I would expect, if not more.

I see, so far so good then? Is it possible to gain 40lbs or so of mostly lm? Cause thats what I'm going for.
 
Question for you guys. I read a few posts back that the OP said he wastaking 30mg Dbol 3 times a day. Just curious if that is the standard protocol with 30mg/day because I've read in other places that at 30mg/day it might be better to take it in only 2 doses a day. First dose first thing in the morning and then the second does about an hour to an hour and a half before your workout. Was just curious what you all thought since I'm thinking of running Dbol in my first cycle.
 
no, that is not possible. if u get up 40lbs in one 12 week cycle then its probably 50% if not more water/fat gain

not enough pics to pick and choose from...but i would suggest some more focus on arms and delts
 
Yeah dude.... looking big. Especially those traps... makes you look really powerfull. Bring up the delts a bit to match them and watchout.

So those are my old pics, I edited to give you an idea how far I have came in less then two years. Here is a pic of me today, day of rest so I am not pumped. You guys said before I need to work on the arms more and delts. Who's got my new routine ready? I only have just under 17 inch arms, i would like to get them to 18.5 before the end of the cycle. If possible. Thanks again guys.


I also have to say my woman loves the Test, Turns me into an animal. I see know I am gonna need a 3 some soon enough. I like the asians most, you can pick two of them up at the same time and get them ta take turns on big papa. lol.

sounds like you are saying you injected for the first 3 weeks only and you are in week 6 now, 3 weeks after last injection...which would mean your last injection was in week 3. i mean thats what i get from that question.

I ran 40mg ed for 4 weeks and took it three times a day 10 in the morning 10 at lunch and 20 after workout.
 
I am now on wk 6, 230lbs now what kind of gains should I be getting from wk 6 - 3 wks after last Injection? Thanks.


Maybe a pound or two a week of LM if you continue to train intensly and keep up your diet. My experience is the gains seem to be more rapid after weeks 5 or 6. Just stay healthy, take vitamin C so you dont get sick. Getting sick can really disrupt a cycle.

Because of d-bol's short half life, 30mg should be taken 10mg 3 times a day spread evenly. I have never noticed that taking it before a work out has any added benefit. The time you want blood levels up is post workout when you need protein to be synthesized faster.

That is what I meant 6-13, sorry guys I should have been more clear. Now I have to buy an extra vial of sustanon as I only got 7.5 mls out of my first vial and I think the second will be the same. I use two different needles- 1 to pearce the vial and then change and Inject with fresh second one. Now that i have to but extra should I run the cycle for 12 wks? If so what differance does that make in gains? Just curious, whether I will do it or not is another question.

Oh also my arms keep going from 16.5 to 17. What the ****? So I took 3 days off, maybe I am in over train mode. I don't know , but I do believe my body neede the rest. When I start again tomorrow I am going to do all compound exercises, no isolation and increase the weight everytime no matter what. I want to be a solid 240lbs after pct.

well it really depends on the dosage and length of the test e use but if you only look at the ester life for enanthate it is 15 days. Now pct doesnt neccessarily go by that because if you are using higher dosages you still have to wait for the buildup of concentration in the blood to go down to near natural levels for a better pct.

Are you talking test e and d-bol, cause I tried to change the title, I am actually taking sustanon 300 and d-bol. I should have taken 40-50mg of D-bol from what everyone has told me, almost everyone.
 
I'm still growing, I am going to get my bf measured this week. I have gained a bit of fat ,but not to much. Today is the beginning of week 8. Still at the 230lbs ,but I have started to take in more calories with AllMax quick mass for the last few days. My metabolism is so crazy that if I don't eat every two hours or so I lose a couple pounds, sounds far fetch but in all honesty I could lose 5-7lbs in a day easy if I didn't eat.

Maybe everyones like that, just can be frustrating sometimes. Anyways I have to state how important it is to have your diet and routine down. If your going to use gear work on your weakest links and not just on your strengths. I wish I had truly taken this idea and ran with it the whole way through. Now I am and I have to say I am sore everyday of the week ,but I know that soreness is progress.

I am using a Rich Gaspari Routine I got out of his magazine. 4 Day Training, it's nuts. Do a google search if interested. Sorry I am a 2 fingure typer.

Anyways my question is a have this weird fuzzy feeling where my liver is, especially after I eat. Any ideas? Doesn't hurt just feels really weird. I am taking a presc for acid , but still have the feeling. Thanks Guys.
 
I kick stared w/ 50 mg D-bol and will maintain that dose wks 1-4,also 400mgs Test -E, and Deca 300mgs wkly. Considering winny 50mgs starting week 10 any thoughts. Of course Tamoxifen on hand, and clomid later. Huge strentgh gains thus far, not real impressed with what I see in the mirror though. Let me know how your cycle works out , we have similar profiles I'M AT 5'11" 231 17% right now 2 weeks in.
 
delts is my specialty. here my routine i think you should give it a shot.

warmup 2 sets of each.
front raises
side lateral
bent over lateral.
(just to warmup your shoulders)

military press behind the head
OR
DB presses
4 sets

upright rows
4 sets

reverse flyes(machine or DB)
(you can do 3 sets of any rear delt workout here i switch it up)
3 sets
