ATD vs Trione

i would use one or the other. i also dont like to throw an AI into PCT until wk4, tapering down over 4wks.

ATD - 75-50-25-25eod
6oxo - 400-300-200-100
. . . adjusting doses depending on BW

putting an AI in the mix if great for PCT no matter what time it is, just have to know how to dose it ans when, in the beggining stages every other day, and the late stages you do it everday for the last few days

i would never use 75 mg of ATD, way to much

300mg Trione with 50mg ATD EOD during the whole PCT then last few days taper them both down
 
Trione will reduce the severity of flare up but it doesn't eliminate estrogen very well.

ATD is much more potent, IMO, and is more effective at inhibiting estrogen, but keep the dosages low, (anymore than 36mg and my joints become sore and my Libido takes a dive)
