Hey guys. So here's the story. I was 141kg but through diet and exercise I got down to 76kg. I'm now around 80-81. The problem of course is that I'm now left with a lot of loose skin. My waist went from 138cm to 83cm, so you can imagine how the bottom of my abs look with rolls of hanging skin.
Generally, there's three ways to do. One is to let nature take its course and hope it 'shrinks' back into place. I've been told, however, that given the sheer amount of skin I have, that it will never shrink back.
The second option is surgey. Ultimately, if I was indepedently wealthy, I'd get the skin on my arms, stomach, legs and chest removed. Realistically though, I'd probably just do chest and stomach. Sounds ok yeah? Yeah, if I had $20,000 which is how much I'd be looking at. Needless to say, I don't have 20K to spend! Sure I could borrow, but I'd rather buy a house first.
The third option is to get on the gas and hit the accelerator. Sure putting on muscle would fill out skin, but realistically, could I put on ENOUGH mass to fill out the amount of skin I've got? That's a LOT of muscle. We wouldn't be talking one or two cycles here, we'd be looking at a long term on and off.
Man, I don't know what to do. What do you guys think? Which way would YOU go? Sure, pinning would be the most 'fun', but realistically which is the best option?
