Is it Safe to Take Lunesta while on a Havoc Cycle? Or do You Guys think it would be Safer to go with an OTC Sleep Aid such as Unisom? I usually use Lunesta 3-4 Days per Week on Average. Appreciate the Help!

I would avoid it bro...I slept great while on Havoc...I don't think you will need a sleep aid(IMO)...I didn't

Sure...I avoid taking any and all drugs,prescription or otherwise, while on cycle. That includes headache meds, pain killers, etc. You understand what I am saying. Why complicate your cycle and harm your body if you don't need to. I slept great on Havoc...never slept better before..it was like my sleeping pill bro. Like alot of PH's they can cause lethargy,which sucks for work out, but helps for sleep.

Of course I am not saying to avoid all prescription pills while on cycle(some people need them). That is when you should probably not be running PH cycles do to health concerns or at least consult a physician first on whether you should even be running other things with your prescription pills.

Heck...I know some people who choose not to run stims on cycle. I am currently not one of them, but I am thinking about becoming one. This is just my 2 cents of course. I take Benydryl for sleep, but I stopped taking it during my Havoc cycle...and you know what...I slept great.

I gotcha. I was just wondering if there was any direct concern, such as for instance Tylenol which would be very taxing on your liver while on cycle. I have to say I have the complete opposite effect. I am on H-Drol right now, and its like watching pain peel on my bedroom ceiling all night long.

Interesting...I will keep that in mind because I will be running a cycle of that(H-drol) soon
 
If you have to do a sleep aid go with the natty stuff like melatonin you can probably pick this up at youre local healthfood store but i would stay away from lunesta
