old arse cycle support

Im cleaning my room and i found some opened cycle support, PB. the Lot# date is 08-09....does this mean its pretty much done at this point? Ill toss it if so, sadly. If not ill just start taking it everyday as a good health supp.

I would think it would still be fine to use.
