Week 1 to 10: 500mg of test c weekly
Week 13 - 40mg nolva+ 100mg clomid daily
Week 14 - 30mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
Week 15 - 20mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
Clenbuterol for PCT


some questions, what about weeks 11 and 12? what about clen for pct, dosage?

help would be greatly appreciated.

You dont need clen post cycle...I am well aware of its anti catabolic properties, but if you control your estrogen and help restart the testes, then you have put together a successfull PCT.

Must I wait three weeks to start the pct, would two be sufficient? I'm gonna forgo the clen but as for the nolva and clomid is this really reasonable for an old new newbie like myself?

i think 10-14 days would suffice

also i think 40mg of nolva is WAY to much, especially with 100mg of clomid

if you use the both of them together, 50mg clomid 20mg nolva. but i dont feel theres synergy between using them together.

I've heard that enough to change my mind, I will lower the dosage of the clo and nolva, thanks for the feedback.
