DAY 18

186lbs - +7.5 lbs (at least may be 1 more as I only first weighed on Day 2)

Well I am pleased with the weight increase, I am eating like a horse at the minute. As of Day 15 I have upped from 4xcaps a day to 6x caps a day and it has triggered my appetite no end!

Still havent really experienced any really noticeable strength gains but I do feel stronger if that makes sense - maybe placebo effect?

I am going to run for a full month now - well 28 Days anyway which finishes on a saturday - the remaining 12 days being 6x caps a day - it will leave me with the better part of a bottle left so if I love this and want another cycle I will only have to buy one to have a 6x a day 4 week run which is a bonus - If happy with these results I would look to do that at the start of next year.


SIDES

Since the start of this I have been having really disturbed sleep, waking every couple of hours - I am a poor sleeper at the best of times so initially ignored this but it has gone on now the entire duration of my cycle so it is no longer a conincidence.

Acne - approaching the 2 week mark I had a bit developing but this seems to have calmed down and nothing new popped up for about 4 days - I have doubled since the development my dose of pantothenic acid and am taking it in powder form 2g 2x a day morning and evening and dont know how much is the cyle on my body of the 3-AD or this countering it but I shall continue as I am.

Lethargy - I have the last few days started feeling very tired and groggy, especially on waking. Not sure if this is due to a very slight cold (good old England) or where my body is not too happy about the 6 caps a day?

Libido - Untill yesterday this has been up for the whole cycle, yesterday I was exhausted and it was an off day fortunately (lifting wise) so maybe I'll be excited again today?

Overall - I dont want to stop 3-AD and cant wait to keep eating and lifting to gain over the next 10 days and am reall y going for it but I cant wait to stop either - maybe as mentioned above it could be a slight cold but I am feeling tired of it physically?


Summary
Overall it is going well and I am looking forward to trying to continue gaining some size and hopefully strength. I fully intend to top 190lbs by the end of the cycle and if I can get closer to 195 I will be delighted - I will take after pics and get some feedback on the quality of weight put on and how to eat in my PCT at the end.

...and the drama is between you and your imaginary beer belly :cheers: .

On to a more relevant matter; so much of your strength gains can be mental that you may be holding yourself back:frustrate. You've been stuck at the same weight (and consequently strength level I'm assuming) for so long that you may simply not be attacking the weights with the beer-belly-busting-brutality that you need to in order to really notice the effects of this PH.

Regardless of whether or not you heed my advice, I'll be checking in on this log to monitor your progress. Best of luck!

DAY 21

Just woke up and weighed in - 188lbs +9.5

Had a good workout last night upped the reps on barbell rows quite nicely finishing all 3 sets of them on 8 reps where last time out my second and thrid sets finished on 7 and 6 (same eright used).


I am eating so much at the minute I dont think I can eat any more than I am now but feel to really push the limit I need to find a little more space each day - worries me though I mean I would have gained weight without 3-AD eating like this though maybe a lot more fat?

Not sure with 1 week left how I should eat during PCT, reduce the cals and carbs slightly but not too dramatic?

I have 1 week left and want to hit a minimum of 191lbs to have secured a minimum gain of 12lbs over the 4 week cycle - a nice 3lb gain per week. The closer to 195 I can get is a bonus.


SIDES

Still the disturbed sleep, possibly the most mild of acne but so much so I am over analyzing this and have to say I am delighted in this area - not sure if the PCT will cause me probs as my only other cycles in the past it has always got worse then but this could be the body still reacting to the ph in the first place?

Been fighting this cold too so the aches and lethargy I have felt over the last week is still hard to attribute as a side.

Must say with 1 intended week to run this is mild on sides like they say!




Whats the advice people on eating to gain in the last week - stay as I am it is working or try upping a little more to make the most of the last few days?

AND what to do with cals and nutrient ratio during PCT?

From what I’ve gathered, you’re a fairly young guy. So I would get these three things in order then look into supplements. :burg:

I believe I have always been to impatient and tried to hurry results so that everytime eat larger and start to show some extra softness I panick and drop cals to lose it or do not feel the weight is coing fast enough and bump the cals to much to gain just lean weight.

There is no doubt that muscle gain does not come easily for me and I have ensured over time that I lift with the correct form so feel comfortable that these two factors are right, I am long limbed with tiny wrists and narrow shoulders a classic ecto - which is great for shedding weight as it is no effort at all but makes gaining muscle very hard.

Some advice on here within this log has made me realise to hell with a bit of body fat as I need to get bigger and if a little comes along it is not hard for me to lose it - I'm hoping this is the difference and along with a bit of help mfrom 3-ad i can limit the fat when bulking

DAY 24

190.5lbs +12lbs

Had a good workout on Day 22 went for some heavy lifting for my chest and shoulders and made a couple of pr's - nothing exciting or outrageous but pleasing workout.

I do feel that my body is getting used to the 3-AD now, I no longer feel any sort fo kick after taking it and think I have adapted to it?

I plan to finish on what will be DAY 26. I will hit legs, back and bi's tonight all being well then rest tommorrow before having a final chest and shoulder, tris day and finish dosing pre this workout.

However there is a chance that I might not be able to train tonight due to work so if this proves to be the case I will do my back, legs and bis tommorrow in which case I will decide on thursday (DAY26 last day) if my body feels it can do a consecutive day and my chest workout - otherwise I will take a morning dose of 3-AD and finish there, taking weight the following morning for end weight before starting PCT.


Effects

Still cant really say I have noticed any amazing strength or anything - I noticed an increase here with EPI on a pulse cycle.

Hunger does not seem quite what it was I think again my body has adjusted to the calories etc and has adapted.

Nothing really - skin is good - mood is fine.
Libido is down from about half way through week 3.

why are you stopping at day 26 dont you have 2 bottles?

My body feels tired of it now, but mainly the side issue I do not want to suffer supression and also require more than just the APCT for after cycle.

I have checked on the AX forum for cycle dosing and length and nobody has recommended continuing beyond this.....
 
I never suggest running and designer over 4 weeks. Although, i have seen people run this for 5- 6 weeks. i would only run stuff for 4 weeks, just my opinion. i would bump up the dose to 6 caps today or tomorrow. from what i have seen and been told, you will be fine with just apct. I'm a bit of a worry wort so i always say safer then sorry, and go with some pcs too.


remember, at 6 caps separate in to 3 doses.

imho, biggest bunch of hype ive ever seen...those AX advertisements with +12lbs in 7 days b.s....this product doesn't work as advertised end of story. I tried it a few months back and stopped after the first bottle with a week pct because I wasn't feeling any sides or any gains.

Well.............no, not really.

I'm on my last day - Day 26 with my last 'on' workout scheduled for tonight and final weight weigh in when I wake tommorrow.

I can't say I have been aware of any real strength gains and could still attribute the weight gain to the increase in calories on its own!?

I foolishly have not used skin calipers to assess the quality of the weight over the 4 weeks so only have the mirror and scales and the mirror can be your own worst enemy.

I shall take 'after' pictures over the weekend and put them up alongside those I took on Day 2 - maybe I will not label either and wait to see if people can tell!?

I don't think I will know an opinion untill into my PCT so will continue the log during this - maybe less frequent posts but I shall still update.

I can't say I have ever really felt like I was on anything since the first few days when there was definately sweating an elevation in aggression and increased libido for 1-2 weeks.

I shall continue with higher calories during PCT and try to find my calipers to track the quality of weight on me during this time also.

IMO taking a PH or Steroid for bulking or mass gain is pointless if no strength icreases are experienced as weight can be gained with food alone and if the leaning aspect is an issue while bulking then either eat a bit less, adjust your nutrient ratio to a more fat limiting diet or bulk alongside a fat loss product!?

I'm gutted I have half a bottle left as that makes you tempted to do it again but I am not convinced this was better than when I pusled Epi and did feel strength gains.

I will announce a full verdict after being well into PCT and being able to assess the effect of the higher cals without 3-AD.

So to summarise did I and do I like it and rate it - I don't know.

Well I said I wish to reserve the right to pass judgement till into PCT and stand by that - I want it to work as something this mild on my body and with half a bottle left so just one bottle of 3-AD and APCT and I could in 8 weeks time have a great cycle - I want it to work believe!
 
FINAL CYCLE RESULTS

Well I finished on 26 Days, the last twelve of these doing 6 caps a day and 4 before that.

I ate loads, but clean.

Supporting Supps to refresh were:
Whey Protein
Milk Isolate Protein
Glutamine
BCAA'S
Flaxseed Oil and Udo's Choice
Pantothenic Acid

Starting Weight (Taken on Day2) - 178.5lbs

Final Weight (Taken this Morning PCT Day 1) - 194lbs



Summary

Well the weight increase can not be argued - I do not feel that the overall quality of it it is that bad either, to play conservatively I believe at the most half of it would be water and excess bf, making mass gain a good 7-9lbs.

I had realtivey no sides, some sweating at the start and an increased libido intially which decreased from start of week 3 onwards.


Opinion

I think the lack of strength gains and ever really feeling like I was actuall taking something may be clouding my judgement here as I have never gained this sort of weight in such a space of time. However, to prove how much of this is 3-AD or the increase in calories I shall continue eating more or less the same in my PCT and weighing reguarly. When I say more or less the same I will be dropping carbs fom about 4pm on where I had been still including these in my 5th meal around 6.30pm from say Day 9 onwards.

Chest for sure, looks like the product worked good for you. BTW do you know how many cals above maintenance you were for the 26 days?

Initially I was fairly strict and between 200-350 per day

Once I got to around Day 16 and decided to go for it after getting advice to stop worrying about bloating etc then I stopped monitoring to strictly so would estimate between 400-600 above maintenance as an average.
 
I'm not going to wait for the offical results to come out and say that what he gained was mostly due finally shoving some claories down his throat! I'm on 3 AD/M-FX as well as Triso(1st week) and after tracking this log, I hope I didn't waste my money..:frustrate
 
I can see it all over. Your abs look better. Clearly your delts and chest have grown. You can't tell at first glance because you're holding your arms differently in the before and after (unflexed I mean), but looks to me like you gained some size there too. All in all lookin pretty good bro. Not bad for 26 days. Doesn't look like much, if any, fat gain. I'm hoping you can keep some during PCT. With your nutrition habits and supps I don't think it should be too hard. I'd be proud of this cycle if I was you. You're clearly an ecto and it definitely put some mass on you. Something I would concentrate on if I was you is triceps. You've got some pretty good length on your biceps bellies so I think in time this could really cause an imbalance in your arms. Good lenth means you will be able to add mass faster in that area.
