LOL, those are tumors man, gyno is fat/breast tissue I believe, so I doubt grapes would have any effect on it.

I knew a girl who had nipples the size of small grapes....YUMMAY! :lol:
 
Resveritrol is derived from grape skins, which has an AI effect, but tumors and gyno are 2 different beasts.
