Well I will disagree with you on that, I have been a Vegetarian/Vegan for at least 10 years, and up until a instance last year where I was packed on this crowded bus thanks to my job, I had not been sick in 10 years, nothing, not a sore throat, not a sneeze or a cough that I can remember, I know there is alot of crap about how Vegans and Vegetarians are unhealthy, but I promise you that isnt the case
And I disagree on the animal protein and lifting will get my test levels up but I am not sure on that, all I know is before this injury/varicocele I had a sex drive of a horny 13 year old and my problem was controlling my libido and getting to many erections in public, now it is essentially dead, and I know my diet didnt have an effect on my testosterone, if anything it may have improved it as I felt healthier and hornier then in my younger years and as I continued to eat healthier even going from Vegetarian to Vegan and cutting out all the garbage food in my diet I felt my sex drive going up and my erections getting more frequent almost to the point of annoyance(again I thought this was a problem, ha what a ****ing problem to have)
I knew bringing up the diet would cause some speculation about my health and testosterone levels, but based on how I felt before and based on how my libido was and based on how fast and how full my facial hair was coming on, I promise you that wasnt the case, but you can believe whatever you want, if you took a blood test of my testosterone before this incident happened, I promise you it would have been over 1,000 that is how confident and self assured I was, and all the symptoms of a high testosterone were something I was feeling, I didnt even know what testosterone was(as far as men having different levels and it having an effect on your mood, demeanor, passions, sexual interest, libido) but it is something I took for granted and thought all men felt how I felt
I am personally sick of Vegans and Vegetarians getting bad raps(which I think stems from the meat and dairy industry who have to much to lose by people going Vegan and Vegetarian$$$$$$), it might not be good for muscle mass, but that was something I really wasnt in to , but like I said as far as my health and especially my sex drive I was in top shape A+++
