Cherry Poppin' Pinnin' Cycle!!

I was actually thinking about 6, but 8 seems a bit long to take a methylated compound everyday. I might do it though, I have 2 bottles :head:
yeah i prob shouldnt be reccommending that with my current rep status lol. You never know until you try and for me i thought i could still go on because it felt very mild.

I'll go with 6 and if the 6th week comes and all is going well, i'll make it 8

DAY 90: LAST DAY! Chest, Delts, Tri's, Back Width, Back Thickness

Flat DB Bench (1st time in a LONG time) - 95's - 7,7
Got to talkin to my homie a gym staff member, and wasted like 40 minutes, lol. He was cool enough to stay open later and I got to lift with the whole gym to myself. This is why I didn't do the RP sets. I did the 1st set then he came in. I didn't want to start over again, plus I didn't want to make him stay after work even longer.

Standing Cable Flyes - 60 - 12,11 (+10lbs)

DB Mil Press - 75's - 7,5,3 = 15 (+5lbs and 1 rep)

Weighted Dips - 45lbs - 8,3,2 = 13 (+5lbs)

Wide OH Grip Pullups - 40lbs - 10,4,1 = 15 (+2 reps)

Bent Over Smith BB Rows - 190 - 8,8 (+5lbs)

Took my last sample pack of RPM for the hell of it and got ZERO stim effect from it, but the pump in my bi's and delts was sickkkkk. I'll put up pics as soon as I get a chance. My chica has to take em, so it should be tomorrow, we'll see. My torem STILL hasn't ****in shown up, so i'm stuck with tamox for PCT. That, 6-OXO, AST Micronized Creatine, and DTHC will be my PCT. 6-OXO at 1 cap pre-bed for 1 week, then increase to 2 caps for week 2, 3 caps for weeks 3 and 4, then taper the dose back down each week thereafter to 1 cap.

It'll take forever to list all increases on all exercises i've decided, lol, so i'll just list a few...

Leg Press - 360x8 to 580x6 (yea I know I was a puss in the beginning, lol)

EZ Curls - 80 - 6,4,2 to 95 - 10,5,3

DB Mil Press - 50's - 6,3,1 to 75's - 7,5,3

Lying Leg Curls - 100 - 9,5,3 to 160 - 7,3,2 (again, yea i'm aware I was a puss, lol)

Deadlift - 335x7 to 415x6

Bent Over DB Rows - 65x12 to 105x10

Reverse Grip Smith Bench - 165 - 8,4,3 to 225 - 6,4,3

Standing Alt. DB Curls - 50's - 7,4,2 to 65's - 18,8,6

Here's something I've been meaning to ask you. I don't know if anyone else noticed this or not. I notice everything! It's odd that you can only 2-hand EZ Curl 95 X 10. But you can One-Arm Alt. DB Curl 65 X 18!! With 2 hands that would be 130 X 18 reps. You have something weird going on with your bicep strength. Maybe Alt. DB Curls are just your special lift or something??!!

Well if you add the weight of the bar, it is 115-120, but EZ Curls is the lift that ****ed up my forearms. Remember I was having a lot of pain from them and was going to do a different exercise? That is why I can't lift as much. I decided to just stick with them due to the pain not being as bad lately, but that's why the weight is so much lighter using both hands. Don't worry, next blast i'll be doing seated BB curls :) No forearm issues there. They are still ****ed up, because I hit the bone in the underside of my forearms a few days ago, on a counter top, and holy **** did it hurt like a mother****er. Not sure what the hell is wrong with them, but there is definitely something going on.

They may get better on their own, if you stop banging them against counters!! LOL No really, I fell at work like 4 years ago and almost broke my right forearm near the elbow. It had a knot on the bone and everything. That sucker hurt bad for days or weeks, but it gradually got better over time. But even 6 months later it would still hurt and get sore from working out. 1 year later, everything was back to normal.

Take into consideration that I had been drinking margaritas, lol. That is also why I did it thumbs out, rather than in. Forgot about that.

Here are the before pics on post #324: Invalid Link Removed
:clap2: Way to go brosenstein!! I flipped back a forth a few times comparing the before and after photos. I can definitely see the difference. There's more mass in your lats, delts, and bi's from what I'm seeing. How much was the total weight gain again? 20 lbs.?

Not quite 20, 17lbs total :head: That is what i'm most happy about is the lats. They needed a lot of work and I gave it to them with heavy ass weights and they responded well :woohoo:

big difference imo from before and after....come the time of the contest i dont think theyll have a chance!!! good work boss.

Awesome results.

Before the comp work on the imbalances. Your left lat appears smaller then your right lat. And your left delt is bigger then your right. Could likely be as a result of one weakness or another.

Your the better judge though it may just be the angle of those pics. Either way phenomenal work.

Thanks a lot bro. My right lat probably is bigger than my left. My right arm is also bigger than my left. I lift just as heavy with both sides on all exercises and go for just as many reps too. I know my left side is weaker because it's always REALLY tough to bang out that last 4 reps or so using my left side, to match the number of reps I hit on my right. I dunno about my left delt being bigger than my right though?

D'oh! I was replying to comments from the first page thinking it was the last. I was like hey all the banned guys are back, cool...dumb azz!

Awesome work bro!! You really look awesome, great improvements. 17 lbs, way to go, and superb taper on your latts.

updates bass!! wheres ur weight at? how about strength?

Weight is has dropped only 1 pound last time I checked, but I had the flu for the past few days and ate about nothing. I'm sure my weight has decreased. My last workout 4 days ago, I hit 415x6 on the deadlift, which was exactly what I did the last time I did deads while "on." Strength really hasn't dropped that much even after cruising for 2 weeks. I ate my ass of though, so I know that helped.
