If something is giving you gyno, you will have plenty of warning signs to start taking something for it before it becomes permanent.

And no, Sustian Alpha does not cause gyno. We’ve had a couple rare reports from guys who felt “nipple sensitivity” while using Sustain, but this was in combination with other contributing factors.

Its not a typical side-effect, but yes, Sustain can raise DHT.

If you are concerned about this, you can try supplementing with progesterone, or our Toco-8 product which will help protect you from hair loss.
