DAY 73: Chest, Delts, Tri's, Back Width, Back Thickness

45 Deg. Smith Incline Bench - 225 - 8,4,3 = 15 (+3 reps)
Standing Cable Flyes - 50x14 then 60x6 (+10lbs and 2 reps on the 50lbs and decided to go heavier and do a set of 60 for the hell of it.)

Smith Mil Press - 175 - 7,4,2 = 13 (+10lbs)
Lateral Raises - 30's - 10,10 (Supersetted with the mil press)

Reverse Grip Bench - 210 - 7,4,3 = 14 (+10lbs)

Weighted Chin Ups - 35lbs - 8,3,3 = 14 (+2 reps)

Bent Over DB Rows - 95x13 then 105x8 (+5lbs using the 95's, then decided to go heavier and went for the 105's :head:)

Overall the session was AWESOME and i'm loving the strength increases from workout to workout! You guy are gonna shyt your pants when you see the total weight increases for each exercise at the end of the cycle! :hammer:

I've went back to the beginning and looked at the increases in weights used so far. And consider my pants to have already been shat!! :eek: Good work brosinski!! :head:

Standing Alt. DB Curls - 55's - 17,11,10 = 38 (+9 reps)
Was going to do 60's but I just don't see how I can be that strong. (To me) that's a lot to fckn be curling and for so many reps! lol.

L Arm Concentration Curls - 40 - 15,15 (+2 reps)

Reverse Grip EZ Curls - 50 - 15,16,21 (+1,2,then 8 reps)
I did the last set after hack squats, so that may be why I got so many more reps? My arms were recovered? I dunno, still doesn't make much sense to me. I just went all out and my forearms were burning by rep 15.

Hack Squat - 365 - 7 (+10lbs and 1 rep)
Widowmaker - 225 - 20 (+50lbs!)
REMEMBER THESE ARE HACK SQUATS! LOL. NOT BB SQUATS!

Lying Leg Curls - 150 - 7,4,3 = 14 (+2 reps)

I think I just have good genetics in my arms. Everyone has their "best" body part, mine are my arms. They grow easier and faster than anything else. I was at 191 this morning :head:

DB Mil Press - 60x10 way too easy, 65x7 way too easy, at this point I said out loud "what the fck!?" So I did 70's at 8,4,2 = 14 :head: (+10lbs and 1 rep)

Weighted Dips - 40 - 9,5,3 = 17 (+5 reps)

Weighted Wide OH Grip Pull Ups - 40lbs - 6,4,3 = 13 (+10lbs)

Smith Bent Over BB Rows - 185 - 8,8 (+10lbs)

EZ Curls - 95 - 10,5,3 = 18 (+6 reps)
Standing High Pulley Concentration Curls - 60 - 10(supersetted)

Nope, I broke 3 amps total so I used my last amp last week :( I have more coming but they still haven't arrived!!! If they're not here by tomorrow, I will probably just continue the phera-vol and AX prostanazol until the cycle is over. Test clears the system after about 10 days, so i'm wondering how i'm going to feel during the last little bit with no exogenous test and running 45mg phera, after being ON for 12 weeks, lol.I'm extremely pissed the **** hasn't arrived cuz it's been a fckng month.

Sweet, maybe i won't be so bad then. Strength is def increasing, but today is only day 6 after my last pin. I'm praying the **** comes tomorrow, but if it doesn't oh well. Just a waste of $ I guess. :(
 
just part of the game if you play that way..... u take the risk u know? try to find more trusty sources, int is not always the way to go.

Just to note, I realized today(cuz i'm a bit retarded apparently, lol) that every time I increase my DB by 5lbs each, I only say it's a 5lb increase, lol. It's not, cuz there is 1 DB in each hand, so i'm pressing 10lbs more, not 5 ;) What a dumbazz.

Standing Cable Flyes - 50 - 12,12

Arnolds - 60's - 8,4,3 = 15 (+10lbs)

Tri Pushdowns - 170 - 6,4,3 = 13 (-3 reps :() I believe this is due to the fact that I did 2 sets of these my last session 2 days ago, but didn't note it in my log for whatever reason, and I also supersetted these with my incline DB press. Oh well.

Deadlift - 415 - 6 (+10lbs) These felt VERY heavy as opposed to last time's 405. I know it's because I didn't have Hatebreed to get all amped up :(

Lat Pulldowns - 200 - 7, ?, ? Some stupid bzitch stole the machine as I was doing my first RP. I went back out to where it was and she was using it fr 20lbs. How fckn cute!!!! :aargh: I wanted to push her off it but instead did a set of seated cable rows. She has no idea what the word "etiquette" means. Due to this, as she was doing her whopping 20lbs, I went over in mid-rep beside her and grabbed the 5lb rubber weights to add to the seated cable row machine. She had to stop until I got out of the way :)

Seated Cable Rows - 180 - 20 I may go buy like 8 more of the rubber weights and stack them on the machine. It's bullshyt. The dude who was at the desk said "hey bro, do you want me to just stand on that shyt, cuz I can?" LOL. That comment made me feel good, but it's only 180lbs lol.

Just to note I forgot to charge my zune, so this session was during the shytty local country station My ears were hurting because I HATE country! Music plays a huge role in my sessions.

Another good one bro minus the pulldown incident. You should of busted a nut on her back mid set! That would of fukked up her concentration and made her think twice about stealing your machine next time. Maybe it would of caused more trouble than it was worth but it sure would of been funny to see. lol

Because I would be weaker after doing my first RP set and she literally did like a million fckn reps. I could have went back and did more, but it would've been a minute later, not 15 breaths later. I was also already late to start my session to begin with, so I had to get home, have a shake, a meal, and get ready for work. If it wasn't for that, I would've just stayed longer and start the set over again. That's what I get for going to the gym at 9am when all the yoga classes and old ladies are out and aboot(that's for you FOO, lol.)

Hey brosef. Have you tried doin' 'em one-armed yet? Just put the single handle stirrup on the cable end and go for it! You would have enough weight for the one-arm variety. Just sayin'........

Widowmaker - 195 - 20 (+10lbs and 1 rep)

Lying Leg Curls - 150 - 8,4,3 = 15 (+3 reps)

Smith Calve Raises - 210x25 (+15lbs) then 220x20 (+25lbs)

And you'll know to make sure to have not only enough for the run, but extra for just in case....Live and learn. Hard lessons. But, it's always governed my life! :icon_lol:

Yep, however IMO I look NO different than before I started the cycle, yet my shirts are tight and too small now as well as pants and boxers. I must just think that cuz I see myself everyday. Only the pics will tell us for sure ;)

It is because you are seeing yourself everyday. We take our own image for granted. I didn't truly realize the difference in my physique until I took those last photos. Then everybody seemed amazed. I however took it for granted. Unless everyone was just being nice and blowing smoke up my ass! LOL Put up the pics, you can't gain 15 to 20 lbs. and not look somewhat different. It'll be good motivation for you. :thumbsup:

Smith Incline 45deg Bench - 235 - hit 4 reps and was going to hit failure on the 5th, so I stopped. I have made the LEAST increase in weight and reps on this exercise for some reason. Every week is a literal struggle to beat the logbook with this. I then tried incline regular BB bench at 205 and hit 6 reps then quit again because the 7th would've been rough. I just wasn't feeling it in my pecs and it felt like it weighed 400lbs. I said **** it and stopped.

Low Pulley Cable Crossovers - 50 - 12,12 (+2 reps)

Smith Mil Press - 175 - 10,4,2 = 16 (+3 reps)

Reverse Grip Bench - 225 - 6,4,3 = 13 (+15lbs) I wasn't paying attention and put on 225 rather than the 215 I had planned on using. Eh, oh well :)

Weighted Chin Ups - 40lbs - 8,4,2 = 14 (+5lbs)

Bent Over DB Rows - 105's - 10,10 (+2 reps)

Overall this session was by far probably the worst EVER. I think I took too much GABA last night. I woke up really groggy,light headed, and dizzy. I had a couple PB&J's, a 40g WPI shake, and a gatorade, and that didn't help at all. I was going to skip the gym, but said "nah, i'll train anyway, the cycle's almost over." I felt VERY weak, every set was brutal, and I felt like I was going to pass out. I was also very uncoordinated and did dumb **** like tripped over a DB lol. It sucked. Period. What a puss, huh? :lol:

No, you're definitely NOT a puss bro. A puss would have skipped the workout and stayed in the bed. But you see the lifts I underlined? You're stronger on close-grips and Militaries than you are on Inclines. You probably need to switch to DB Inclines or some machine type Inclines. Do you have any Hammer Strength machines in your gym? Or any style? I would suggest switching over to them for a while and give the Smith Inclines a break for a few weeks. You may just be overtrained on that particular movement. Give it Hel bro. And I say you are a warrior for plugging on through a difficult workout!! :head:

Thanks man. I am actually already doing incline DB as a part of my routine. I'm not stalling out on those and continue to increase in weight or reps each time I do them. My blast is almost over. I start PCT sunday and that is when i'll cruise. On my next blast i'll do incline DB press, flat DB press, and weighted dips. I have no hammer strength machines at my gym cuz it sucks lol.

I have some personal **** going on right now and it came out of nowhere, so that for sure fueled my session tonight. Don't wanna talk about it, but it definitely increases my aggression 10 fold. The 60mg of phera is helping that as well. I can't wait to go into PCT and get my hormones back to normal in a couple months. My nuts are about the size of walnuts :lol: I feel fine during the day at work, and today I actually got this crazy rush feeling of "i'm the **** and everyone else is a *****. I can do anything I want right now." Lol, it was weird. When I get home though, it all goes away and I start thinking about ****. Then I get crazy pissed off and literally want to just beat the living **** out of someone. Yes, someone in particular, not just anyone ;) Enough of my rant, only 1 more session to go til I end this biznatch!!!! :bb3:

Prop, Tren, Epi, and Clen for 10 weeks :head: j/k about the clen and epi, lol. My next run will probably just be prop and epi for 8-10 weeks due to $ issues :( Epi will be used during the last 4 weeks or the first 4, haven't decided yet.

I know the effects of Test-Prop will be seen and felt much quicker than Test-Enanthate. But I would still front-load the cycle with the Epithio. This is the way I would do it anyway. To see early gains and increase motivation in the gym.

like i said, with just test prop for 8 weeks, i would run the epi for 6-8 weeks but thats just me :)
