So obviously it's not summer, and summers not coming, but when it does, I'll be ready!

Comments?:

(It was in a nice Excel spreadsheet, but cant upload Excel files) :frustrate

Wow, fast reply. I am curious if you think it may be too much? Some points that I like: though:

-Cut stack first (I like to be lean before a bulk)
-I have no problem doing a "clean"bulk prior to summer, and Havoc leans me out anyways
-The AN stack after the Havoc during PCT (good or bad?) I am hoping it should help me to continue gains and keep going after PCT, last Havoc cycle I did my gains didn't stop till 2 weeks AFTER PCT was finished, my pct consisted of only the nolva/clen and the listed dosages.
-I'm hoping I can end this entire cycle leaner than when I had started it.
 
What do you think the outcome of this would be with a "clean bulk" diet?

Im hoping to be in single digit BF% at the finish, and will probably start at around 13-14%

its hard to tell. a "clean bulk" diet is still a bulking diet. u cant really have the best of both worlds in bodybuilding.

i say cut diet pre cycle, + supps, + 2 weeks of clen.

then, "clean bulk" diet while running havoc cycle.

then, continue "clean bulk" diet during PCT with the supps u mentioned
 
Im also considering adding MORE in, I'm testing the animal "Big Picture Stack" (Pump,Intra-Aid,Torrent) and if all goes well I may add that in during the Havoc run

So basically, try to get to my target BF% BEFORE I start, and try to be at that same point AFTER i finish?

Sounds like a good idea, I'm also counting on the Havoc to lean me out, it added POUNDS of muscle on my last cycle, AND I leaned out.

yes, it would be much better that way.

ppl also use a cut diet (carb-cycling) prior to bulking cycles/diets, its called "priming". theres info on it somewhere but i have no idea where. maybe OZ will chime in, hes the one that pointed it out to me months back
 
I've been acquainted to the carb cycling diet haha, I've got it nailed to a "T" with the help of and IFBB pro on ProMuscle, last time I started up I dropped 10lbs in a week, and had a very noticeable difference in physique
