Preventing estrogenic sides while on test....?

Havent run any cycles yet, but I've been seriously contemplating and researching my first cycle, and I'm pretty much decided on going with a 10-12wk test-e cycle, or a 6wk winny cycle.

My question for you experienced guys is, what would be the best way/best thing to take while on the test cycle to minimize the estrogenic sides such as bloat, edema, fat gain, etc. ? So far I've seen Proviron and Arimidex suggested...a little help would be fantastic, especially from those with experience doing this. :afro:

yea you can really use any Adex is great, aromasin is great,

to me aromasin and 6-bromo are extremely similar. there for i like 6bromo aswell

keep it simple with the Adex

Nolvadex systemically antagonises estrogen receptors not just in breast tissue. If it didn't antagonise estrogen receptors around the hypothalamus it would be useless for PCT.

While not the preferred option I have seen many experts recommending 10 mg of nolvadex ED while on testosterone or dianabol.

During a cycle, arimidex will always be better than nolva because arimidex prevents aromatization which is obviously going to be an issue for most users. Post cycle, when aromatization slowly grinds to a halt, nolvadex becomes a better choice.

They both work against estrogen, its HOW they do it thats important.

Also, I dont doubt that you knew that Space, since I just saw in another thread you explaining aromatization, but I just wanted to set this straight...

you can use nolva during a cycle if the side become to much arimidex is only needed when high doses e.g 750mg + a week are taken. 500mgs of test a week can be delt with just nolva.

it still leaves flowinng estrogen in the body, adex takes care of that MUCH better

nonsense, ant time you go over thephysiological amount of testosterone more will aromatize, adex is a much better choice in preventing gyno and keeping away .

i have used both and yes I use arimidex now but on my first two cycles nolva was more than enough. seeing as there is such a high price for arimidex it is not needed in low test cycles. I would only use arimidex if total mgs is over 600mgs per week. arimidex is not essential.

1 30mL bottle, wil give you 2mg a week.about.

that 15 weeks if its 1mg per mL thats enough for on cycle, and its pretty cheap. and you can prolly get away with a little less then .5 mg depending on if you dont mind a little bloat and your not prone to gyno.

arimidex is more essential on a cycle then nolva hands down
