just wondering if anyone knows anything about dhea is it some thing that will help someone body building or is it something that should be avoided?
 
Yes, many posts on DHEA....use search!

DHEA caps are weak and almost useless....Dermacrine is awsome though! Give it a try!

What are you seeing, as I can't get anyone to respond to my DHEA dose question in the Steroids section.

I want to frontload DHEA before an Epistane cycle. I was wondering about dosage and duration prior.
 
i take it all the time. Don't find that it is suppressive at all and being 52, my endogenous levels are bound to be low. Take it with your Epi.

I mentioned dosage at 100mg, twice a day, morning and evening of what I consider a good source of quality DHEA.

I would look thru some of these links from Google and you make up your mind based on scientific and not anecdotal evidence.

I just took 50 mg this morning with fish oil, I'll take 50 more at lunch. Thanks Mac

I would take it before bed, rather than at lunch time. Or take it all in the morning as it help to control cortisol, if that is an issue for you.
 
Ok, cool. I'll try both ways. I used it transdermally at 200 mgs after an SD years ago split into 2 doses morning and noon. I was flying from it.

I just started an epi pulse today, and I am doing dhea daily. epi is 10-20-30/30-40-30/30-40-50/50-50-50, DHEA is ED 100/150/200/100. It may or may not be from the DHEA, but I have had a ton of energy, sense of well-being, and euphoria (that is also from plenty of sleep, good diet, great training session)...
 
Just run Epi everyday and quit screwing around with fluctuations of doing a pulse. Do you pulse your food intake? Why would you your hormone intake?

Sounds like the DHEA is providing you with some of its benefits.
 
Yea, that sounds like Dhea to me. I'm going to run my Epi straight through. No real reason to drag it out. I may not go above 30mg.

30mg is a drop in the bucket. Clinical testing was done with over 300mg and no signs of problems at that dosage. While that dosage will help those who are low in DHEA or adrenal fatigued, it will only deliver sub-optimal results for building muscle.

Efficacy of DHEA is very poor, on the order of 5%. I would recommend trying a higher dosage. It won't hurt you. The only thing I would watch for is increased Estrogen. I use a SERM for this.

He meant 30mg of epi, I think.
 
I have taken DHEA before too. Usually around 100mgs a twice a day. But only for about a month at a time. then a few weeks off and then on again. But there are a lot of products out there that have it in them but they list it different chemically. You could have already been taking it.
 
Why for only one month at a time Bama? To avoid shutdown?

I have seen research indicating it does not shutdown HPTA

I take it usually as part of a bridge between PCT and my next cycle. And there is no need on Cycle to take it.

If your in your twentys . HAIR LOSS..The stuff is illegal in Canada witch makes me wonder. If your browse enough labels at stores an online you will notice some have labels on side effects. An in my eyes not good alot . Acne estrogen aggressivness ect.. Many that you would find in pro hormones. I tried it once. For the results it gave me I think there are many safer prouducts that are better.
